CapitaStar New Member Signup Promotion 2026 (“Promotion”)

Date: 07 January to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”)

1. CapitaStar New Member Signup Promotion 2026 (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to new CapitaStar Members (referred to as “Eligible Members”) who downloaded the CapitaStar mobile app and sign up during the Promotion Period with signup promotional code <CAPITASTAR> (“Promo Code”) via the CapitaStar app.

2. This Promotion is valid from 07 January to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

3. To be eligible for the Promotion, new users must enter the Promo Code at the point of signup on your CapitaStar mobile app and successfully complete either one of the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”) during the Promotion Period to receive $5 eCapitaVoucher (“Reward”).

· Successfully link a Mastercard credit/debit card on the CapitaStar app for the first time

· Successfully link your CapitaStar account to your DBS PayLah! account for the first time

· Successfully link your CapitaStar account to your ShopBack account for the first time

· Successfully buy/top-up minimum $50 eCapitaVoucher to your CapitaStar account with any payment methods (exclude gifting of eCapitaVoucher)

4. An Eligible Member is eligible for only one (1) Reward per Promotion Period after successfully completing the Qualifying Actions.

5. The Promotion is limited to the first 12,000 redemptions on a first-come, first-served basis and crediting of the Reward is subjected to stock availability.

6. The eCapitaVoucher will be awarded into member's CapitaStar account within 72 hours.

7. Reward received from this Promotion is ninety-three (93) days from the date of crediting. There will strictly be no extension for the expiry date of the Reward.

8. A CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher wallet on the CapitaStar app can hold a maximum of S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher(s) at any one time. Should the aggregate value of a CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet Balance and eCapitaVoucher Reward(s) exceeds S$1,000, the Reward(s) will not be credited into the CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet. The CapitaStar member shall ensure sufficient eCapitaVoucher Wallet availability to receive the Reward(s).

9. By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme.

10. The Reward is provided as it is and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Reward shall be credited to the qualifying Eligible Member and is not transferable to any other members. The Organiser is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Reward has been redeemed in full. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.

11. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Member acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorized agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

12. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Member agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners, and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents, and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.

13. In the event of dispute, the Management’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

14. Management reserves the right to amend or change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

15. Management reserves the right to reject any issuance of rewards or recover any issued rewards from any CapitaStar member under the suspicion of fraudulent attempts to redeem the Reward for this Promotion.
