To start, simply link your CapitaStar and DBS PayLah! accounts via the PayLah! App:
- Log into your DBS PayLah! App and select the CapitaStar Tile on the home page
- Retrieve your CapitaStar ID from the CapitaStar App (refer to Qn 2 for details)
- Key in your CapitaStar Membership ID and click on "Continue" to complete the linking of accounts
Find your ID with the following steps:
- Download and log in to the CapitaStar App
- Tap on the Side Drawer icon on the top left of the screen
- Tap on your name to access your account details
- Your CapitaStar member ID will be reflected here. Simply copy and paste your CapitaStar Member ID onto the DBS PayLah! app to start your account linkage!
Each CapitaStar account can be linked to a maximum of 1 DBS PayLah! account, and vice versa.
To delink your accounts:
- Go to “More” in DBS PayLah! App
- Select “Manage Your Lifestyle Logins”
- Tap on the cross icon to delink “CapitaStar”
Please check that your CapitaStar member ID entered in DBS PayLah! App is correct before trying to link the accounts again. Earning of STAR$® with is only valid for purchases S$20 and above in a single receipt, at participating retailers across CapitaLand malls.
STAR$® will be awarded when purchases are made at participating outlets with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards (excluding UPI) or DBS PayLah! via NETS QR, across CapitaLand malls with minimum S$20 spend in a single receipt.
The Participating Malls in this promotion are Aperia Mall, Bedok Mall, Bugis+, Bugis Junction, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Changi City Point, Clarke Quay, Funan, IMM, Junction 8, Kallang Wave Mall, Lot One Shoppers’ Mall, Plaza Singapura, Raffles City Singapore, Sengkang Grand Mall, SingPost Centre, Tampines Mall and Westgate.
Members who have linked their CapitaStar and DBS Paylah! accounts will no longer need to snap the receipts via CapitaStar App. The STAR$® earned will be automatically credited to your CapitaStar account.
STAR$® issuance is based on NETT amount paid via your DBS Payment Modes. The NETT amount is calculated after deducting payments made with CapitaVoucher/e-CapitaVoucher/in-store promotions or any other rebates.
Do note that the existing programme daily cap of 5,000 STAR$® earnings still applies.
For any Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) redemptions that are running concurrently with this promotion, please keep and produce the physical receipts at the respective malls' customer service counters.
To ensure instant awarding of STAR$®, do ensure that your DBS PayLah! account is successfully linked to a CapitaStar account. You may verify the successful linkage through your DBS PayLah! App.

You will not have to snap your receipts to earn STAR$® if you have successfully linked your CapitaStar and DBS PayLah! accounts and pay with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards (excluding UPI) or DBS PayLah! via NETS QR. Transactions below S$20 will not be eligible to earn STAR$®.
For other payment modes, you can snap your receipts (min. S$20) from participating outlets using the CapitaStar App to earn STAR$®.
