- 1. How do I link my CapitaStar and DBS PayLah! accounts?
  To start, simply link your CapitaStar and DBS PayLah! accounts via the PayLah! App:
  
  Log into your DBS PayLah! App and select the CapitaStar Tile on the home page
  
  Retrieve your CapitaStar ID from the CapitaStar App (refer to Qn 2 for details)
  
  Key in your CapitaStar Membership ID and click on "Continue" to complete the linking of accounts
- 2. Where can I find my CapitaStar Membership ID?
  Find your ID with the following steps:
  
  Download and log in to the CapitaStar App
  
  Tap on the Side Drawer icon on the top left of the screen
  
  Tap on your name to access your account details
  
  Your CapitaStar member ID will be reflected here. Simply copy and paste your CapitaStar Member ID onto the DBS PayLah! app to start your account linkage!
- 3. How many DBS PayLah! account can I link to each CapitaStar account?
  
  Each CapitaStar account can be linked to a maximum of 1 DBS PayLah! account, and vice versa.
- 4. How do I delink my CapitaStar and DBS PayLah! account?
  To delink your accounts:
  
  Go to “More” in DBS PayLah! App
  
  Select “Manage Your Lifestyle Logins”
  
  Tap on the cross icon to delink “CapitaStar”
- 5. I have tried to link my DBS PayLah! and CapitaStar account but is unable to do so. What should I do?
  
  Please check that your CapitaStar member ID entered in DBS PayLah! App is correct before trying to link the accounts again. Usage and Earning of STAR$®
- 1. How can I earn STAR$® with DBS PayLah! and DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards?
  
  You must ensure that your DBS PayLah! and CapitaStar accounts are linked on your DBS PayLah! app before you make a purchase with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards (excluding UPI) or DBS PayLah! via NETS QR at participating retailers at CapitaLand malls.
  
  Earning of STAR$® with is only valid for purchases S$20 and above in a single receipt, at participating retailers across CapitaLand malls.
- 2. Where can I earn STAR$® when I transact with DBS PayLah! and DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards?
  
  STAR$® will be awarded when purchases are made at participating outlets with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards (excluding UPI) or DBS PayLah! via NETS QR, across CapitaLand malls with minimum S$20 spend in a single receipt.
  
  The Participating Malls in this promotion are Aperia Mall, Bedok Mall, Bugis+, Bugis Junction, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Changi City Point, Clarke Quay, Funan, IMM, Junction 8, Kallang Wave Mall, Lot One Shoppers’ Mall, Plaza Singapura, Raffles City Singapore, Sengkang Grand Mall, SingPost Centre, Tampines Mall and Westgate.
- 3. Do I still need to snap my receipts to earn STAR$® after linking up my CapitaStar and DBS PayLah! accounts?
  
  Members who have linked their CapitaStar and DBS Paylah! accounts will no longer need to snap the receipts via CapitaStar App. The STAR$® earned will be automatically credited to your CapitaStar account.
  
  STAR$® issuance is based on NETT amount paid via your DBS Payment Modes. The NETT amount is calculated after deducting payments made with CapitaVoucher/e-CapitaVoucher/in-store promotions or any other rebates.
  
  Do note that the existing programme daily cap of 5,000 STAR$® earnings still applies.
  
  For any Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) redemptions that are running concurrently with this promotion, please keep and produce the physical receipts at the respective malls' customer service counters.
- 4. What should I do if STAR$® is not being awarded to my CapitaStar account instantly?
  
  To ensure instant awarding of STAR$®, do ensure that your DBS PayLah! account is successfully linked to a CapitaStar account. You may verify the successful linkage through your DBS PayLah! App.

- 5. Is there a minimum spend to earn STAR$® if I make a purchase using DBS PayLah! and/or DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards?
  
  For purchases made at participating outlets across CapitaLand Malls, the minimum spend required to earn STAR$* is S$20 in a single receipt.
  
  You will not have to snap your receipts to earn STAR$® if you have successfully linked your CapitaStar and DBS PayLah! accounts and pay with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards (excluding UPI) or DBS PayLah! via NETS QR. Transactions below S$20 will not be eligible to earn STAR$®.
- 6. How do I earn STAR$® for transactions made on other payment modes?
  
  For other payment modes, you can snap your receipts (min. S$20) from participating outlets using the CapitaStar App to earn STAR$®.
- 7. The STAR$® awarded for my transaction is incorrect OR I did not receive STAR$® for my transaction.

  For the awarding of 5 STAR$® for every dollar spent, there is a 5,000 STAR$® daily cap for both CapitaStar members and PAssion card-CapitaStar members. Raffles Prestige Members can earn up to 30,000 STAR$® in a single day.

Earn STAR$® when you pay with DBS Payment modes at participating CapitaLand Malls!

1.    The promotion is valid from till 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”), both dates inclusive.

2.    Each member will be awarded 5 STAR$ for every dollar spend, starting from S$1, when they make an eligible transaction on DBS Payment Modes (DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards (excluding UPI) or DBS PayLah! via NETS QR) at participating CapitaLand malls, with minimum $20 spend in a single receipt.

3.    The participating malls in the Instant STAR$® Promotion are Aperia Mall, Bedok Mall, Bugis+, Bugis Junction, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Changi City Point, Clarke Quay, Funan, IMM, Junction 8, Kallang Wave Mall, Lot One Shoppers’ Mall, Plaza Singapura, Raffles City Singapore, Sengkang Grand Mall, SingPost Centre, Tampines Mall, The Atrium@Orchard and Westgate.
