Bonus $10 eCapitaVoucher with Citi Mastercard (“Promotion”) 

Date: 23 July 2025 – 7 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”)

Promotion:         

1. This Promotion is exclusive to all CapitaStar Members (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). All Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application (“CapitaStar App”) and sign up within the App as a CapitaStar member to qualify and participate in this promotion.

2. Eligible Shoppers can receive a S$10 eCapitaVoucher (“Reward”) when they purchase/gift eCapitaVoucher subject to a minimum of Singapore Dollars $100 (“Qualifying Spend”) in a single transaction via the CapitaStar App with Citi Mastercard (“Promotion“).

3. A quantity of 500 redemptions will be released every Wednesday, capped at 500 redemptions per week  

4. The Reward will be automatically credited directly into the Qualifying Eligible Shopper’s CapitaStar App upon successful transaction.

5. Each Eligible Shopper can receive a maximum of S$20 eCapitaVoucher per Promotion Period under this Promotion.

6. The offer is applicable to payments made using any Citibank Mastercard credit and debit card issued in Singapore (“Eligible Card”). Any Purchasing Cards, Citi Travel Lodge Cards or Citi Travel Account Cards or non-Singapore issued Citibank Mastercard Cards or any non-Citibank Mastercard Cards will not qualify for this offer.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion is limited to 5,500 redemptions per Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis and crediting of the Reward is subjected to availability of stocks.

2. The Promotion is limited to a maximum of two (2) reward per CapitaStar-Citi Cardmember throughout the Promotion Period.

3. The eCapitaVoucher Reward in this Promotion (i.e. S$10 eCapitaVoucher) shall expire in three (3) months from the date of issuance. Eligible Shoppers can tap on the “Voucher” tab from the CapitaStar App main screen to view the eCapitaVoucher reward and the expiry date. CapitaLand shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the eCapitaVoucher Reward.

4. An Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher wallet on the CapitaStar App can hold a maximum of S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher(s) at any one time. Should the aggregate value of an Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet Balance and eCapitaVoucher Reward(s) exceeds S$1,000, the Reward(s) will not be credited into the Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet. The Eligible Shopper shall ensure sufficient eCapitaVoucher Wallet availability to receive the Reward(s).

6. Citibank’s and Mastercard's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.

7. Citibank, Mastercard and CapitaStar reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
