COMPLIMENTARY PARKING AT RAFFLES CITY

  • Complimentary parking will be activated from the day you are enrolled to the Raffles Prestige Programme. 
  • To enjoy 2-hours daily complimentary parking at Raffles City Shopping Centre, login to the CapitaStar App here and at your profile, update your vehicle number and IU number. Raffles Prestige Members who do not fill in the fields or provide the most updated information will not be eligible for the complimentary parking. 
  • This parking privilege is strictly for enrolled Raffles Prestige members and is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable. 
  • By submitting your details on the CapitaStar App, you authorise CapitaStar to exchange, use and receive personal information about you, including submitting information to Raffles City Shopping Centre and their vendor for the provision of the complimentary parking benefit at Raffles City Shopping Centre. 
  • Raffles Prestige Member will only be eligible to register for one vehicle for the entire period as a Raffles Prestige Member.

Raffles Prestige Quarterly Rewards Exclusive (“Promotion”)

01 January 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”)

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This Promotion is exclusive to Raffles Prestige members (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”).

2. Eligible Shoppers must spend an accumulative of S$20,000 every quarter at Raffles City Singapore with unlimited cumulative transactions and a minimum of S$20 spend per transaction, excluding transactions from CS Fresh and 7-Eleven during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Spend”) at Raffles City to receive 600,000 STAR$® with 6 months validity from date of issue (“Reward”) within the Promotion Period, while stocks last.

3. Each quarter of the Promotion Period is made up of: 

Q1: 1 January – 31 March, 2025

Q2: 1 April –30 June, 2025

Q3: 1 July –30 September, 2025

Q4: 1 October –31 December, 2025

4. From now till 7 July 2025, eligible Shoppers must snap the original same-day receipt(s) through their CapitaStar app on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable. Receipts are not transferrable or reusable. From 8 July 2025 onwards, eligible Shoppers must make their transactions via linked payment methods (Mastercard, all DBS/POSB payment modes* or ShopBack Pay) or eCapitaVoucher to qualify for this Promotion.

5. Eligible Shoppers must complete the following steps prior to paying with linked payment methods:

5.2. Paying via all DBS/POSB payment modes (payment DBS PayLah! or DBS/POSB credit/debit card via DBS/POSB issued American Express, Mastercard, Visa credit/debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!): A CapitaStar member must successfully link their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah!.

6. Each Eligible Shopper is limited to one (1) redemption per Reward during Promotion Period.

7. 600,000 STAR$® (Reward”) is limited to the first 30 redemptions every quarter throughout the Promotion Period, while stocks last.

8. Reward will be credited to the Eligible Shopper's CapitaStar account within 30 days upon last day of the quarter of the Promotion Period. Strictly no extension of promotion period.

 

General Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption qualifying amount is based on nett purchase after deduction of discounts. 

2. Receipt/s and charge slip/s (in full/partial payment) for the purchase of gift cards and vouchers (E.g. CapitaVouchers, store vouchers, all outlets’ gift cards and vouchers), purchase of SISTIC tickets, bill payments, parking coupons, AXS/SAM payments, receipts from money changer, CashCard/ stored value cards top-up transactions, hotel room/ banquet sales receipts, kiosks and atrium road shows receipts are NOT entitled for this Promotion. 4. For trial Raffles Prestige membership, kindly spend $12,500 and above within a period of six (6) consecutive months from the date that you have joined the Raffles Prestige programme to be eligible for an extension of another six (6) more consecutive months of Raffles Prestige membership.

1.3 The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is an evergreen promotion starting from 1 October 2022. 

1.4 Each Eligible Shopper is limited to one (1) redemption per Reward during Promotion Period.

1.5 STAR$® are awarded based on the nett purchase value after deduction of discounts at all participating retailers in Raffles City Singapore.

1.6 All STAR$® will be credited directly into your CapitaStar account.  

1.7 All outlets with printed receipts / tax invoices within the above-mentioned participating CapitaLand Malls shall qualify for STAR$® accumulation except the following:

1.8 The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption/s.

1.9 The Management reserves the right to replace items/prizes with items of similar value.

1.10 The Management reserves the right to amend the promotion period and/or Terms and conditions in its sole discretion.

1.12 By participating in this promotion, you consent to CapitaLand Limited, its subsidiaries, related corporations (collectively, the "Companies") and all trusts sponsored, owned or managed by any of the Companies (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and CapitaLand Group’s agents, business partners and authorised service providers collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing this personal data, in order to: 

a. inform you via mail, email, SMS, telephone and other means of communication (including via all and any of your Singapore telephone numbers in any of our records from time to time) about the products and services, offers, promotions, activities or events marketed or made available by any member of CapitaLand Group and/or its business partners, including in relation to (i) Raffles Prestige Quarterly Rewards Exclusive (ii) the CapitaLand Group and (iii) any of the properties, developed, owned or managed by the CapitaLand Group (collectively, the "Marcom Activities"); and

You further agree that the consents granted herein do not supersede or replace any other consents which you may have previously provided to CapitaLand Group in respect of your personal data, and are additional to any rights which CapitaLand Group may have at law to collect, use or disclose your personal data.

  1. For CapitaStar members that have previously input their vehicle number and IU number onto the CapitaStar App, complimentary parking will be activated from the day you are enrolled to the Raffles Prestige Programme.  
  2. Members who have not keyed in their vehicle and/or IU number onto the CapitaStar app, will have to login to the CapitaStar App and at your profile section, update your vehicle number and IU number. Raffles Prestige Members who do not fill in the fields or provide the most updated information will not be eligible for the complimentary parking. Do note that update of details will be processed within 5 working days. 
  3. This parking privilege is strictly non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  4. By submitting your details on the CapitaStar App, you authorize CapitaStar to exchange, use and receive personal information about you, including submitting information to Raffles City Shopping Centre and their vendor for the provision of the complimentary parking benefit at Raffles City Shopping Centre.
  5. Raffles Prestige Member will only be eligible to register for one vehicle for the entire period as a Raffles Prestige Member.
  6. Complimentary parking is limited to the first 2 hours at Raffles City Shopping Centre per day, subject to the rules and regulations governing the use of the carpark at Raffles City Shopping Centre. In the event of a system glitch, reimbursement will strictly be in the form of STAR$ at the sole discretion of CapitaStar. No additional or other compensation will be given.
  7. Standard parking charges and/or entry charges shall apply after the Complimentary Parking privilege has been utilised.
  8. Raffles Prestige Member can update his or her vehicle registration number and/or 10-digit In-Vehicle Unit number up to 3 times for the entire period as a Raffles Prestige Member. Any update of details will be processed within 5 working days. There will be no compensation of car park charges incurred in the period from the date of provision of update particulars by the customer up to the effective date of updating of car particulars.
  9. CapitaStar assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with this programme, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected, which may affect a Raffles Prestige Member’s eligibility in the programme.
  10. CapitaStar reserves the right to vary its terms and conditions relating to Complimentary Parking without any prior notice.
