Link Your Mastercard & Be Rewarded (“Promotion”) 

Date: 07 January 2026 – 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”)

Promotion:

1. Link Your Mastercard & Be Rewarded (CapitaStar x Mastercard Linkage Campaign 2026) (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Members”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).

2. This Promotion is valid from 07 January to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

3. To be eligible for the Promotion, an Eligible Member shall link a valid Mastercard credit/debit card (“Card Linkage”) on their CapitaStar app for the first time throughout their membership lifetime to receive a randomised reward of up to $3 eCapitaVoucher (“Reward”).

4. Card Linkage is defined as a member successfully saving a Mastercard credit/debit card on the CapitaStar app. Find out how to link your Mastercard on the CapitaStar app here.

5. An Eligible Member is eligible for only one (1) Reward per Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, a CapitaStar member shall only receive one (1) Reward upon linking their first Mastercard throughout their membership lifetime. Any subsequent Mastercard linkages are not eligible for a Reward.

6. The Promotion is limited to the first 150,000 redemptions on a first-come, first-served basis and crediting of the Reward is subjected to stock availability.

7. The eCapitaVoucher will be awarded into member's CapitaStar account within 72 hours.

8. Reward received from this Promotion is ninety-three (93) days from the date of crediting. There will strictly be no extension for the expiry date of the Reward.

9. A CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher wallet on the CapitaStar app can hold a maximum of S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher(s) at any one time. Should the aggregate value of a CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet Balance and eCapitaVoucher Reward(s) exceeds S$1,000, the Reward(s) will not be credited into the CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet. The CapitaStar member shall ensure sufficient eCapitaVoucher Wallet availability to receive the Reward(s).

10. By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme.

11. The Reward is provided as it is and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Reward shall be credited to the qualifying Eligible Member and is not transferable to any other members. The Organiser is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Reward has been redeemed in full. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.

12. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Member acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorized agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

13. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Member agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners, and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents, and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.

14. In the event of dispute, the Management’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

15. Management reserves the right to amend or change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

16. Management reserves the right to reject any issuance of rewards or recover any issued rewards from any CapitaStar member under the suspicion of attempts to use a fraudulently obtained Mastercard for this Promotion.
