MOFUSAND PAWS-PERITY WITH CAPITASTAR (“Promotion”)
Date: 01 February to 01 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”)
1. MOFUSAND PAWS-PERITY WITH CAPITASTAR (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Members”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).
2. This Promotion is valid from 01 February to 01 March 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. To be eligible for the Promotion, an Eligible Member shall gift a minimum of $50 eCapitaVoucher on the CapitaStar app with a valid Mastercard Credit/Debit card to receive randomised eCapitaVoucher of up to $5 eCapitaVoucher (“Randomised Reward”) and a bonus $10 eCapitaVoucher (“Bonus Reward”) after successfully gifting five (5) times, while stocks last.
3.1. The Randomised Reward is limited to five (5) redemptions per Eligible Member per day on a first-come, first served basis, while stocks last.
3.2. The Bonus Reward is limited to one (1) redemption per Eligible Member throughout the Promotion Period. The Bonus Reward is limited to the first 300 Eligible Members who have successfully gifted a minimum of $50 eCapitaVoucher five (5) times on the CapitaStar app with a valid Mastercard Credit/Debit card, on a whilst stock last basis.
4. For avoidance of doubt, both the Randomised Reward and Bonus Reward will only be issued based on every successful eCapitaVoucher gifting transaction and not based on the number of recipients gifted.
5. The eCapitaVoucher will be awarded into member's CapitaStar account within 72 hours.
6. Reward(s) received from this Promotion expires ninety-three (93) days from the date of crediting. There will strictly be no extension for the expiry date of the Reward.
7. A CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher wallet on the CapitaStar app can hold a maximum of S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher(s) at any one time. Should the aggregate value of a CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet Balance and eCapitaVoucher Reward(s) exceed S$1,000, the Reward(s) will not be credited into the CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet for usage. The CapitaStar member shall ensure sufficient eCapitaVoucher Wallet availability to receive the Reward(s).
8. For the avoidance of doubt, eCapitaVoucher gifting purchases made with a valid Mastercard from any issuing bank are eligible for the Promotion. In the event of an unsuccessful transaction at the point of purchase, please contact the issuing bank of your Mastercard for assistance.
9. By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme.
10. The Reward is provided as it is and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Reward shall be credited to the qualifying Eligible Member and is not transferable to any other members. The Organiser is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Reward has been redeemed in full. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
11. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Member acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorized agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
12. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Member agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners, and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents, and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.
13. In the event of dispute, the Management’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
14. Management reserves the right to amend or change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. Management reserves the right to reject any issuance of rewards or recover any issued rewards from any CapitaStar member under the suspicion of attempts to use a fraudulently obtained Mastercard for this Promotion.
