Terms & Conditions

1.     Unlimited STAR$® Earn (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Member”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).

2.     This Promotion is valid from 16 January 2026 – 16 February 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

3.     To be eligible for the Promotion, Eligible Member must fulfill the Qualifying Action of a minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction with eCapitaVoucher and/or spend a minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction via linked payment methods (i.e. linked Mastercard, any DBS/POSB payment modes* or ShopBack Pay) at participating stores.

4.     For avoidance of doubt, the promotion is only valid at participating stores across Beauty, Fashion & Accessories, Jewellery & Watches, Food & Beverage, Digital & Appliances, Home & Living, and Multi-Concept categories. Eligible members may refer and find the full list of participating properties and stores here.

*Including DBS/POSB American Express, Mastercard, Visa credit or debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!

5.     Any payments made via the store’s app/table ordering platforms are not eligible to earn STAR$^® and be eligible for this promotion. Eligible members will have to pay at the cashier payment terminal to make a qualifying spend and be eligible for this promotion.

6.     Eligible Members must complete the following steps prior to paying with linked payment methods and be eligible for the promotion:

6.1.   Paying via linked Mastercard: Eligible Member must successfully link their Mastercard credit/debit card on the CapitaStar app. Find out how to link your Mastercard on the CapitaStar app here.

6.1.1.   Please note that eligible members that select NETS/NETS FLASHPAY/NETS QR as a payment method will not be eligible to earn STAR$^® for their transaction. Eligible members will have to select and/or inform the respective store staff that they would like to pay via a credit/debit card purchase to be registered as a qualifying spend.  

6.1.2.   Eligible members are to note that certain transactions made with a UOB Mastercard via a mobile payment method such as Apple Pay will not be awarded with STAR$^® and or be registered as a qualifying spend. Eligible members who wish to use a UOB Mastercard will have to pay using their physical linked UOB Mastercard at the cashier terminal to earn STAR$^® Please pay using your physical linked UOB Mastercard at the cashier terminal to earn your STAR$®.

6.1.3.   Eligible members are to note that any newly linked credit/debit cards on the CapitaStar app  can only be removed from your CapitaStar account after 48 hours.

6.1.4.   Tourists using a Mastercard issued from outside of the following countries will need to visit our participating malls’ concierge for manual crediting of eligible transactions.

6.2.   Paying via all DBS/POSB payment modes (payment via DBS/POSB credit/debit card via DBS/POSB issued American Express, Mastercard, Visa credit/debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!): A CapitaStar member must successfully link their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah! prior to making any transactions with any DBS/POSB payment modes to earn to earn STAR$® and be qualified for the promotion.

6.3.   Exclusive to DBS/POSB Mastercard holders: Earn 2X STAR$® with a minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction with a linked DBS/POSB Mastercard across all participating stores in the CapitaStar programme.

6.3.1.  For DBS/POSB Mastercard cardmembers to earn the accelerated 2X STAR$® at participating stores within the CapitaStar programme, DBS/POSB Mastercard, a cardmember must:

6.3.1.1. Link their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah!.

6.3.1.2. Link their DBS/POSB Mastercard on the CapitaStar app. Kindly ensure that the DBS/POSB Mastercard in your DBS PayLah! app is linked to your savings/current account.

6.3.1.3. Both actions defined in clauses 6.3.1.1 and 6.3.1.2 must be completed prior to transacting with linked DBS/POSB Mastercard to earn the accelerated 2X STAR$®. DBS/POSB cardmembers will not be eligible to earn the 2X STAR$® if neither clauses 6.3.2.1 and 6.3.2.2 are fulfilled. For more information on how to link for DBS/POSB cardmembers, please refer here.

6.3.1.4. For avoidance of doubt, eligible DBS/POSB Mastercard cardmembers must transact with the same DBS/POSB Mastercard that is linked to their DBS PayLah! account and CapitaStar app to be eligible to enjoy the 2X STAR$®.

6.3.1.5. Find out how to link your CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah! here. DBS/POSB Mastercard cardmembers are to note that transactions at Jewel Changi Airport are not eligible for the promotion and/or earning of 2X STAR$® with DBS/POSB Mastercard credit/debit cards.

6.3.1.6. Eligible DBS/POSB Mastercard members are to further note that Unlimited STAR$® Earn will only be applied on 1X base STAR$® awarding for transactions made at participating stores across Beauty, Fashion, Jewellery & Watches, Food & Beverage, Digital & Appliances, Home & Living, and Multi-Concept categories. The bonus 1X STAR$® will be capped at 5,000 STAR$® (30,000 STAR$® for Raffles Prestige members). For reference, kindly refer to the Spend & Rewards Illustration (Scenario 1 listed below).

6.3.1.7. For avoidance of doubt, transactions made at Jewel Changi Airport are not eligible for the promotion and/or earning of 2X STAR$® with DBS/POSB Mastercard credit/debit cards.

6.4.   Paying via ShopBack Pay: Eligible Members must successfully link their CapitaStar account on ShopBack prior to making any transactions with ShopBack Pay to earn STAR$® and be eligible for the promotion. Find out how to link your CapitaStar account on ShopBack here.

7.     For Bonus STAR$® Birthday rewards, the Unlimited STAR$® Earn is only applicable for the 1X base STAR$® awarding for transactions made at participating stores across Beauty, Fashion, Jewellery & Watches, Food & Beverage, Digital & Appliances, Home & Living, and Multi-Concept categories, with 2X STAR$® capped at 5,000 STAR$® for CapitaStar members for their first eCapitaVoucher spend at participating properties and 9X STAR$® capped at 30,000 STAR$® for Raffles Prestige members for their first eCapitaVoucher spend at Raffles City Singapore based on CapitaStar programme rules.

7.1.   Members are advised that for eligible birthday rewards during the promotion period, two entries will be registered as part of a member’s STAR$® Activity Tab in the CapitaStar app for the same eligible eCapitaVoucher transaction, each reflecting the earning rules outlined above. Members may be assured that there will be no double deduction from their eCapitaVoucher wallet for the one (1) eligible eCapitaVoucher transaction. For illustration, please see an example as outlined in 7.2 and 7.3 below.

7.2.   CapitaStar Member: Entries recorded in STAR$® Activity Tab in the CapitaStar app for Eligible Birthday Rewards made at Participating stores during the promotion period. Example: Eligible birthday rewards member makes a first eCapitaVoucher spend of $500 during the promotion period at Dyson, Plaza Singapura to earn 7,500 STAR$®.  

7.3   Raffles Prestige Member: Entries recorded in STAR$® Activity Tab in the CapitaStar app for Eligible Birthday Rewards made at Participating stores during the promotion period. Example: Eligible birthday rewards member makes a first eCapitaVoucher spend of $500 during the promotion period at Sephora, Raffles City Singapore to earn 35,000 STAR$®.

Scenario 1: Eligible Member Qualifies for DBS/POSB Mastercard 2X STAR$® and Spends with DBS/POSB Mastercard credit/debit card

Scenario 2: Eligible Member Qualifies for Bonus STAR$® Birthday Rewards based on first eCapitaVoucher Spend on Birthday Month

8.     STAR$® (the “Reward”) will be issued to members’ CapitaStar account within 7 working days.

9.     The Reward will be issued based on the transactions that are registered in our system and reflected on the Activity screen of your CapitaStar account, in chronological order. For illustration:

Scenario 3 : Eligible Member has made 3 transactions on the same day, out of which 1 transaction is not instantly registered

Based on the above table for the scenario illustrated, transaction 1 will be awarded with STAR$® on 16 Jan upon transaction being registered on the CapitaStar app. As transaction 2 is only registered on our system and reflected on your CapitaStar account on 18 Jan, STAR$® earned for that transaction is delayed and will be awarded on 18 Jan instead.

11.     This Promotion is subjected to the CapitaStar programme rules of maximum 3 same-store transactions per day and maximum 20 transactions across all properties in a rolling 7-day period.

12.     Payment via tenant’s online ordering/table ordering platform and transactions made with UOB Mastercard via Apple Pay will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion. Refer to our Help Centre for the full exclusion list: https://www.capitastar.com/sg/en/contact-us.html

13.     By participating in this campaign, the Eligible Member represents that he/she has agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions and to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme.

14.     In the event of dispute, the Management’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

15.     The Management and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

16.     The Management reserves the right to reject any issuance of rewards or recover any issued rewards from any CapitaStar member under the suspicion of attempts to use a fraudulently obtained credit/debit card for this Promotion
