1. Limited to redemption of one (1) eVoucher at any one time; i.e. redemption of subsequent eVoucher can only be done after the earlier redeemed eVoucher is utilized.
2. To use the eVoucher, go to Wallet (top left corner) on the CapitaStar app, click on “TAP TO USE”, key in and confirm “IU Number”. Upon confirmation, the “IU Number” which you have input cannot be changed and eVoucher will need to be used by 11.59 p.m. the next day.
3. At any one time, only one (1) eVoucher can be used and the “TAP TO USE” step must be performed at least 15 minutes before exiting the carpark.
4. The eVoucher must be fully utilized to the value indicated. If the value is not fully utilized, the balance will not be refunded.
5. The eVoucher can be used for both car and motorcycle.

To update your IU number, simply follow the steps below:

1. Launch the CapitaStar App
2. Select Profile Icon at top left hand corner and tap on your registered name displayed
3. On your profile page, tap on “Edit Profile”
4. Key in your new IU number
5. Click on “Save Changes” to complete
    

Always remember to check that the IU number has been entered correctly before tapping on 'Tap to Use' on your carpark eVoucher. Once used, the carpark eVoucher is non-refundable and non-extendable.

To use your carpark eVoucher that you have redeemed, follow these steps:

3. Select your carpark eVoucher
4. Select “Tap to Use”
5. Verify your IU number and tap “Confirm”

The redeemed carpark fee will be deducted upon exit, there is no need to remove your cash card. Please note that failure to select “Tap to Use” 15 minutes before leaving the Mall will result in an unsuccessful utilization of the Carpark eVoucher. Carpark eVoucher's validity period cannot be extended and STAR$® redeemed is non-refundable.  

Unsuccessful utilization of the Carpark eVoucher is non-refundable and non-extendable.
