  • Raffles Prestige Members will only be eligible to register for one vehicle for the entire period as a Raffles Prestige Member. 
  • Complimentary parking is limited to the first 2 hours at Raffles City Shopping Centre per day, subject to the rules and regulations governing the use of the carpark at Raffles City Shopping Centre. In the event of a system glitch, reimbursement will strictly be in the form of STAR$ at the sole discretion of CapitaStar. No additional or other compensation will be given. 
  • Standard parking charges and/or entry charges shall apply after the Complimentary Parking privilege has been utilised. 
  • Raffles Prestige Member can update his or her vehicle registration number and/or 10-digit In-Vehicle Unit number up to 3 times for the entire period as a Raffles Prestige Member and any update of details will be processed within 5 working days. There will be no compensation of car park charges incurred in the period from the date of provision of update particulars by the customer up to the effective date of updating of car particulars.

Raffles Prestige Quarterly Rewards Exclusive (“Promotion”)

01 January 2026 – 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This Promotion is exclusive to Raffles Prestige members (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”).

2. Eligible Shoppers must spend an accumulative of S$20,000 every quarter at Raffles City Singapore with unlimited cumulative receipts and a minimum of S$20 spend per receipt, excluding receipts from CS Fresh and 7-Eleven during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Spend”) at Raffles City to receive 600,000 STAR$® with 6 months validity from date of issue (“Reward”) within the Promotion Period, while stocks last.

3. Each quarter of the Promotion Period is made up of:

6. Each Eligible Shopper is limited to one (1) redemption per Reward during Promotion Period.

7. 600,000 STAR$® (Reward”) is limited to the first 30 redemptions every quarter throughout the Promotion Period, while stocks last.

8. Reward will be credited to the Eligible Shopper's CapitaStar account within 30 days upon last day of the quarter of the Promotion Period. Strictly no extension of promotion period.

 

General Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption qualifying amount is based on nett purchase after deduction of discounts. 

2. Receipt/s and charge slip/s (in full/partial payment) for the purchase of gift cards and vouchers (E.g. CapitaVouchers, store vouchers, all outlets’ gift cards and vouchers), purchase of SISTIC tickets, bill payments, parking coupons, AXS/SAM payments, receipts from money changer, CashCard/ stored value cards top-up transactions, hotel room/ banquet sales receipts, kiosks and atrium road shows receipts are NOT entitled for this Promotion. For purchases made by installments, only the first installment receipt with the total value of the purchase will be eligible for Promotion. Each original receipt/charge slip can only be used once for redemption. 

3. The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption/s.

Programme Terms and Conditions 

  1. To enjoy the listed privileges and benefits, eligible persons must be a CapitaStar Rewards Programme Member and is invited by CapitaStar as a Raffles Prestige Member (“Member”).
  2. Members must spend a minimum of S$25,000 within a 12-month period via linked payment methods and/or eCapitaVoucher to be considered for eligibility to be onboarded to the Raffles Prestige programme. 
  3. By signing up for the CapitaStar Rewards Programme, members have read the terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Rewards Programme as per this link here. Members invited to the Raffles Prestige Club, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Raffles Prestige Membership is for a period of 1 year, commencing from the date the member is being enrolled onto the programme.
  4. CapitaStar Pte Ltd (“CapitaStar”) reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these privileges or benefits at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. The provision of services, activities or privileges stated is the responsibility of the respective merchant and/or service establishment. CapitaStar is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the merchant and/or service establishment.
  5. Members have to read the individual services, activities or privileges as listed in the CapitaStar app by the merchant and/or service establishment.

  8.  By being a Raffles Prestige Member, the Member agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with the programme. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.
  9. The Organiser’s decision on any dispute regarding the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained

2. The Spend Tracker will take up to 24 hours to be updated. Transactions made on the last day of the membership period that attributes to the minimum spend criteria may delay the renewal within up to seven (7) working days.

3. For full Raffles Prestige membership, kindly spend $25,000 and above within a period of twelve (12) consecutive months from the date that you have joined the Raffles Prestige programme to renew your membership for the following year. Members who do not meet the renewal criteria will be offboarded the Raffles Prestige programme. 

4. For trial Raffles Prestige membership, kindly spend $12,500 and above within a period of six (6) consecutive months from the date that you have joined the Raffles Prestige programme to be eligible for an extension of another six (6) more consecutive months of Raffles Prestige membership.

1.1 The Raffles Prestige 10X STAR$® (“Reward”) is exclusive to members of Raffles Prestige (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”) who have made their first eCapitaVoucher transaction at Raffles City Singapore on their Birthday Month. In the event of a system glitch, reimbursement will strictly be in the form of STAR$ at the sole discretion of CapitaStar. No additional or other compensation will be given. 
  8. Standard parking charges and/or entry charges shall apply after the Complimentary Parking privilege has been utilised. 
  9. Raffles Prestige Member can update his or her vehicle registration number and/or 10-digit In-Vehicle Unit number up to 3 times for the entire period as a Raffles Prestige Member and any update of details will be processed within 5 working days. There will be no compensation of car park charges incurred in the period from the date of provision of update particulars by the customer up to the effective date of updating of car particulars.

General Terms and Conditions

1.        Eligible Shoppers must make qualifying transactions using an Eligible Linked Payment Method (eCapitaVoucher, Mastercard, DBS/POSB payment modes (including DBS/POSB American Express, Mastercard, VISA credit or debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!) or ShopBack Pay).
