As part of our commitment to sustainability and a seamless shopping experience, CapitaLand's physical shopping vouchers are now fully digital! Introducing eCapitaVoucher, your convenient and eco-friendly way to pay at participating properties and stores.
 

What about Physical CapitaVoucher(s)? 

Don't worry, we've made the transition smooth! Physical CapitaVoucher(s) were no longer accepted as a mode of payment at retailers across participating properties since 1 July 2023. If you held physical CapitaVoucher(s), you had the opportunity to convert them to STAR$® between 2 May and 30 September 2023. This allowed you to continue using the value for your purchases.

If you converted your physical vouchers to STAR$®, you could now enjoy even more flexibility. Use your STAR$® to:

• Offset purchases: Redeem them instantly at any participating properties and stores. 

• Get eCapitaVoucher(s): Exchange your STAR$® for eCapitaVoucher(s) through the CapitaStar App to use for future shopping sprees.

• Unlock exclusive rewards: Redeem special offers and deals for your favorite stores via the CapitaStar App.
   

Staying Informed, Every Step of the Way

We understand change can bring questions. To keep you informed, we had proactively communicated the switch to eCapitaVoucher through various channels previously: 

• Email notifications: Check your inbox for detailed announcements.

• CapitaStar App updates: Stay informed with in-app messages.

• Convenient access points: Find information at CapitaLand malls, websites, social media, and participating retailers’ payment counters in-store (where feasible).
   

Important Dates of the Communications: 

• 2 May 2023: Start of the Conversion of physical CapitaVoucher(s) to STAR$® 

• 30 June 2023: Last day to use your physical CapitaVoucher(s) at participating retailers.

• 1 July 2023: Physical CapitaVouchers were no longer accepted as payment.

• 30 September 2023: End of the Conversion of physical CapitaVoucher(s) to STAR$®
