1. CapitaStar Birthday 2025 (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Member”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).

2. The Promotion is organised by CapitaStar Pte. Ltd. and CapitaLand Retail Management Pte. Ltd. (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

3. This Promotion is valid from 02 October 2025 – 31 October 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

4. Eligible Members will be given two (2) lives to play the claw machine game (“Game”) daily.

5. Eligible Members will have to successfully grab a Reward Icon item (STAR – STARLIGHT, PLANET – PLANET-HOPPER or MOON – MOONBEAM icon) from the Game to receive one fixed reward (“Game Reward – Cosmic Catch & Claim”) from the respective category. 9. Reward(s) for this Promotion will be issued to Eligible Members’ CapitaStar account within 7 business days.

10. Eligibility for this Promotion:

10.1. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:

10.1.1. employees of any retail tenants in the Participating Properties; and

10.1.2. persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

11. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with the Organiser’s sole discretion.

12. By participating in this campaign, the Eligible Member represents that he/she has agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions and to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme.

13. In the event of dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

14. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

15. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any issuance of rewards or recover any issued rewards from any CapitaStar member under the suspicion of fraudulent transaction attempts for this Promotion.

6.1.2. Certain transactions made with UOB Mastercard via a mobile payment method such as Apple Pay will not be awarded with your Rewards. Please pay using your physical linked UOB Mastercard at the cashier terminal to earn your Rewards.

6.2. 6.3. Paying via ShopBack Pay: To qualify for the reward when paying via ShopBack Pay, eligible members must successfully link their CapitaStar account on the ShopBack app prior to completing the payment with ShopBack Pay. Find out how to link your CapitaStar account on ShopBack here.

7. The Reward will not be awarded until the usage of eCapitaVoucher is determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject usage of eCapitaVoucher as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.[NC2] [QC3] [C(4]

8. The Rewards will be issued based on the transactions that are registered in our system and reflected on the Activity screen of your CapitaStar account, in chronological order. For illustration:

Based on the above table for the scenario illustrated, transaction 1 will be awarded with the Reward on the same day upon transaction being registered on the CapitaStar app. As transaction 2 is only registered on our system and reflected on your CapitaStar account on 05 October 2025, Reward earned for that transaction is delayed and will be awarded on 05 October instead.

9. This Promotion is subjected to the CapitaStar programme rules of maximum 3 same-store transactions per day and maximum 20 transactions across all properties in a rolling 7-day period.

10. Eligible Members can still receive Character Stamps after STAR$® reward has been fully redeemed.

11. The first 140 Eligible Members who have collected all 5 Character Stamps are deemed to have completed the playboard and can receive a bonus 50,000 STAR$® after the end of Promotion Period by 30 November 2025.

12. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Members acknowledge that they will be notified via push notification and email and/or call via the contact details registered in their CapitaStar account if they have been identified as the first 140 Eligible Members. The contact details in the CapitaStar account must be accurate, true and complete during the Promotion Period and winners of this Promotion will be notified by 30 November 2025. More details on the reward redemption will be shared in the email to the selected Eligible Members.

8. 8. The Promotion is limited to the first 800 redemptions per mall at BJ, BM, FN, IMM, J8, KWM, LO, RCS, SPC, TM and WG, first 500 redemptions per mall at AM, BPP, B+, CQ, SKGM, and first 1,300 redemptions at PS/TAO on a first-come, first-served basis and crediting of the Reward is subjected to stock availability at the respective participating CapitaLand mall, while stocks last.

9. Eligible Transactions made with eCapitaVoucher and registered on the CapitaStar app before 10am will not qualify for the Promotion.

10. The eCapitaVoucher Reward in this Promotion (i.e. S$5 eCapitaVoucher) shall expire in thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Eligible Members can tap on the “Voucher” tab from the CapitaStar app’s main screen to view the eCapitaVoucher reward and the expiry date.

11. A CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher wallet on the CapitaStar app can hold a maximum of S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher(s) at any one time. Should the aggregate value of a CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet Balance and eCapitaVoucher Reward(s) exceeds S$1,000, the Reward(s) will not be credited into the CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet. 12. Qualifying Spend

12.1. Only the total final amount paid at the participating store(s) using eCapitaVoucher will be accepted for this Promotion.

12.2. Transactions(s) from car grooming services, SingPost transactions, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. eCapitaVoucher or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows, transactions at GP, Dental and Specialist Clinics, and transactions at supermarkets (Cold Storage, CS Fresh, NTUC FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice XTRA and Giant) are not eligible for use as a transaction in this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions at Cold Storage and Thai Supermarket at Aperia Mall, NTUC FairPrice at SingPost Centre, DON DON DONKI at Bukit Panjang Plaza, Scarlett Supermarket at Bukit Panjang Plaza, Lot One, Plaza Singapura & Westgate, and SCARLETT PLUS at Bugis+ shall be recognised for the purposes of this Promotion.
