Terms & Conditions

1. Bonus 5X STAR$® (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Members”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”). 

2. This Promotion is valid from 22 September to 30 September 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

3. To be eligible for Bonus 5X STAR$®, Eligible Member must fulfill the Qualifying Action of a minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction with eCapitaVoucher at all participating stores, except Supermarket. You may find the full list of participating properties and stores that accept eCapitaVoucher here.

4. Bonus 5X STAR$® is limited to 1 redemption per member per day, capped within the daily cap of 5,000 STAR$® (30,000 STAR$® for Raffles Prestige members) per day based on CapitaStar programme rules. Total redemptions are limited to the first 25,000 redemptions.

4.1. For Bonus STAR$® Birthday rewards, Eligible Members can receive 3X + Bonus 5X STAR$® capped at 5,000 STAR$® for their first eCapitaVoucher spend at participating stores (10X + Bonus 5X STAR$® capped at 30,000 STAR$® for Raffles Prestige members for their first eCapitaVoucher spend at Raffles City Singapore) based on CapitaStar programme rules.

5. STAR$® (the “Reward”) will be issued to members’ CapitaStar account within 7 working days.

7. This Promotion is subjected to the CapitaStar programme rules of maximum 3 same-store transactions per day and maximum 20 transactions across all properties in a rolling 7-day period.

8. By participating in this campaign, the Eligible Member represents that he/she has agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions and to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme. 

9. In the event of dispute, the Management’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

10. The Management and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

11. The Management reserves the right to reject any issuance of rewards or recover any issued rewards from any CapitaStar member under the suspicion of attempts to use a fraudulently obtained credit/debit card for this Promotion.
