Terms & Conditions

1.     Unlimited STAR$® Earn and 10X Bonus STAR$® (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).

2.     This Promotion is valid from 08 July 2025 – 10 August 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

3.     To be eligible for Unlimited STAR$®, Eligible Shopper must fulfill the Qualifying Action of a minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction with eCapitaVoucher or a minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction via linked payment methods (i.e. linked Mastercard, all DBS/POSB payment modes* or ShopBack Pay). Unlimited STAR$® Earn is only valid at Beauty, Fashion or Food & Beverage stores at participating properties. You may find the full list of participating properties and stores here.

*Including DBS/POSB American Express, Mastercard, Visa credit or debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!

4.     Payments made via the store’s app/table ordering platforms are not eligible to earn STAR$®. Please pay at the cashier payment terminal to make a qualifying spend.

5.     Eligible Shopper must complete the following steps prior to paying with linked payment methods:

5.1.   Paying via linked Mastercard: Eligible Shopper must successfully link their Mastercard credit/debit card on the CapitaStar app. Find out how to link your Mastercard on the CapitaStar app here.

5.1.1.Please note that selecting NETS/NETS FLASHPAY/NETS QR as a payment method are not eligible to earn STAR$®. Please select or inform the staff that you would like to pay via credit/debit card to make a qualifying spend.

5.1.2.Certain transactions made with UOB Mastercard via a mobile payment method such as Apple Pay will not be awarded with STAR$®. Please pay using your physical linked UOB Mastercard at the cashier terminal to earn your STAR$®.

5.1.3.A newly linked card can only be removed from your CapitaStar account after 48 hours.

5.2.   Paying via all DBS/POSB payment modes (payment DBS PayLah! or DBS/POSB credit/debit card via DBS/POSB issued American Express, Mastercard, Visa credit/debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!): A CapitaStar member must successfully link their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah!.

5.2.1.Members paying with a DBS/POSB Mastercard would need to link their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah! and link their DBS/POSB Mastercard on the CapitaStar app prior to paying with their linked DBS/POSB Mastercard to be eligible for the 10X Bonus STAR$® across all participating stores in the CapitaStar programme. 5.3.   Paying via ShopBack Pay: A CapitaStar member must successfully link their CapitaStar account on ShopBack. Find out how to link your CapitaStar account on ShopBack here.

For illustration:

6.     Exclusive to DBS/POSB Mastercard cardmembers: Earn 10X Bonus STAR$® with a minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction with a linked DBS/POSB Mastercard across all participating stores in the CapitaStar programme. For transactions made at stores that are not under Beauty, Fashion and Food & Beverages categories, STAR$® will be capped at 5,000 STAR$® (30,000 STAR$® for Raffles Prestige members).

For avoidance of doubt, in order for DBS/POSB Mastercard cardmembers to earn the accelerated 10X Bonus STAR$®, cardmembers must:

6.1.   Link their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah!

6.2.   Link their DBS/POSB Mastercard on the CapitaStar app

6.3.   Both actions defined in clauses 5.1 and 5.2 must be completed prior to transacting with linked DBS/POSB Mastercard in order to earn the accelerated 10X Bonus STAR$®. DBS/POSB cardmembers will not be eligible to earn the 10X Bonus STAR$® if neither clause 5.1 and 5.2 are fulfilled. For more information on how to link for DBS/POSB cardmembers, please refer here.

7.    For DBS/POSB Mastercard 10X Bonus STAR$® tier, Unlimited STAR$® is only applicable for 9X STAR$® awarding for transactions made at participating Beauty, Fashion and F&B stores, with 1X STAR$® capped at 5,000 STAR$® (30,000 STAR$® for Raffles Prestige members) based on CapitaStar programme rules.

For Bonus STAR$® Birthday rewards, Unlimited STAR$® is only applicable for 1X STAR$® awarding for transactions made at participating Beauty, Fashion and F&B stores, with 1X STAR$® capped at 5,000 STAR$® for CapitaStar members for their first spend at participating properties and 9X STAR$® capped at 30,000 STAR$® for Raffles Prestige members for their first spend at Raffles City Singapore based on CapitaStar programme rules.

Scenario 1: Eligible Shopper Qualifies for DBS/POSB Mastercard 10X Bonus STAR$®

Scenario 2: Eligible Shopper Qualifies for Bonus STAR$® Birthday Rewards

Scenario 3: Eligible Shopper Qualifies for DBS/POSB Mastercard 10X Bonus STAR$® and Bonus STAR$® Birthday Rewards

8.     STAR$® (the “Reward”) will be issued to members’s CapitaStar account within 7 working days.

9.     The Reward will be issued based on the transactions that are registered in our system and reflected on the Activity screen of your CapitaStar account, in chronological order. For illustration:

Scenario: Eligible Shopper has made 3 transactions on the same day, out of which 1 transaction is not instantly registered

Based on the above table for the scenario illustrated, transactions 1 and 3 will be awarded with STAR$® on 1 July upon transaction being registered on the CapitaStar app. As transaction 2 is only registered on our system and reflected on your CapitaStar account on 2 July, STAR$® earned for that transaction is delayed and will be awarded on 2 July instead

11.    This Promotion is subjected toto the CapitaStar programme rules of maximum 3 same-store transactions per day and maximum 20 transactions across all properties in a rolling 7-day period.

12.    Payment via tenant’s online ordering/table ordering platform and transactions made with UOB Mastercard via Apple Pay will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion. Refer to our Help Centre for the full exclusion list.

13.    By participating in this campaign, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/she has agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions and to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme.

14.    In the event of dispute, the Management’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

15.    The Management and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

16.    The Management reserves the right to reject any issuance of rewards or recover any issued rewards from any CapitaStar member under the suspicion of attempts to use a fraudulently obtained credit/debit card for this Promotion
