    • What is the difference between Molly Character Stamps and Molly Memories?

      Upon completing tasks, eligible members will receive either;

      (ii) Molly My Childhood Memories Stamp (“Game Token”) with no reward value, but can be accrued to exchange for a random Molly Character Stamp. 

      Game Reward(s) and Game Token(s) are issued on a randomized basis. 

    • Will my Molly Character Stamp counter be reset after I collect all 7 Molly Character Stamps and complete the gameboard?

      No, the counters for the Molly Character Stamps will not reset after completing the playboard (i.e after a member has successfully collected all 7 Molly Character Stamps) 

      The counters will continue stacking even after every full completion of the playboard. 

    • How do I enter the Lucky Draw to win 1 Million STAR$®?

      One (1) Lucky Draw Chance would be given for each completed Molly Gameboard between 11 November 2021 and 31 December 2021.

      A completed Molly gameboard is denoted when a CapitaStar member collects all 7 Molly Character Stamps (“Game Rewards") between 11 November to 31 December 2021. 

      The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 19 Jan 2022 and there will be 10 winners drawn for the Lucky Draw, where each winner is eligible to win 1 Million STAR$® each. 

      Winners of this lucky draw will be contacted via call and/or email that is registered to their CapitaStar account.

  • 1. General Terms and Conditions

    1.1.    Jolly Rewards on CapitaStar (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of the CapitaStar Program (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up via the CapitaStar App to qualify and participate in this promotion.

    1.2.    Eligible shoppers must be aged 16 years and above, and have a login account on the CapitaStar App, registered with a Singapore mobile number in order to participate in the promotion.

    1.3.    The Promotion is organised by CapitaStar Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

    1.4.    The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 11 November to 31 December 2021, both dates inclusive, unless otherwise stated.

    1.5.    The Promotion Mechanics of the “Jolly Rewards on CapitaStar” are as follows;

  • 3. Qualifying Tasks Terms and Conditions
    • 3.1. Spend $150 at Participating CapitaLand Malls (“Action 1”)

      3.1.1. Eligible Shoppers can combine receipts with transactional value of S$20 or more from the same participating CapitaLand malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend of S$150 minimum, subject that at least one of the receipts be a minimum transactional value of S$50. Receipts with transactional value of less than S$20 per transaction are not accepted for this Promotion.

      3.1.2. The Qualifying Period for Action 1 is from 11 November to 31 December (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one redemption per day based on Action 1 during the campaign period.  

      3.1.3. Eligible Shoppers must upload purchase receipt(s) through their CapitaStar App (unless otherwise stated) on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion. Receipt(s) uploaded after the date of purchase will not be accepted. Scanning of receipt(s) at the Customer Service Counter will not be eligible to earn the Game Reward or Game Token(s). For avoidance of doubt, only receipts snapped and uploaded to the CapitaStar app on the same day of purchase at the same mall will be accepted in order to earn the Game Reward or Game Token(s). 

      3.1.4. Eligible Shoppers who have linked their CapitaStar account with DBS PayLah! and have made a transaction at participating CapitaLand malls with DBS Payment Modes (DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards and/or DBS PayLah!) will not need to upload their receipts on the CapitaStar app to earn the Game Reward or Game Token. 

      3.1.5. Eligible Shoppers who transacted using eCapitaVoucher as a payment mode are still required to upload their purchase receipts via the CapitaStar app to earn the Game Reward or Game Token. 

      3.1.6. All receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the Mall when it is used to redeem the Reward. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of multiple Rewards (unless otherwise stated). 

      3.1.7. Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for redemption under this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts. Receipt(s) from all car grooming services, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. CapitaVouchers/ eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts are not eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion. 

      3.1.8. The Reward will not be awarded until the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip(s) as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

      3.1.9. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

      3.1.10. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.

      3.1.11. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.

      3.1.12. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion: 

      3.1.12.1. Persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

      3.1.12.2. Persons who create multiple CapitaStar accounts in order to enter the promotion more than once per person. Anyone found using multiple accounts to enter the promotion will be found in breach of these terms and excluded from the promotion.

      3.1.13. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

      3.1.14. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.

      3.1.15. The Organiser’s decision on any dispute regarding the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

      3.1.16. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participant in this promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to resolve any and all dispute.

      3.1.17. Information stated in this Promotion Terms and Condition is correct at the time of printing and is subject to change without prior notice.

       

    • 3.2. Spend minimum $20 nett on eCapitaMall (“Action 2”)

      3.2.1. Eligible Shoppers must be logged in to eCapitaMall with their CapitaStar account upon checkout, to qualify for the promotion. 

      3.2.2. The Qualifying Period for Action 2 is from 11 November to 31 December 2021 (both dates inclusive).

      3.2.3. Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one redemption per day based on Action 2 during the campaign period.  

      3.2.4. For avoidance of doubt, the minimum spend is based on net amount spend after discounts applied. Eligible shoppers must spend a minimum of S$20 in a single transaction to earn the Game Reward or Game Token.  

      3.2.5. Action 2 is valid purchases made with delivery and/or self-collection methods.  

    • 3.3. Spend minimum $20 nett on Capita3Eats (“Action 3”)

      3.3.1. Eligible Shoppers must be logged in to Capita3Eats platform with their CapitaStar account upon checkout, to qualify for the promotion. 

      3.3.2. The Qualifying Period for Action 3 is from 11 November to 31 December 2021 (both dates inclusive).

      3.3.3. Eligible Shoppers must spend a minimum of $20 in a single transaction via Self Pick-Up order or Delivery options on Capita3Eats during the Campaign Period to qualify to receive the Game Reward or Game Token.

      3.3.4. For avoidance of doubt, the order on Capita3Eats (either Self Pick-Up and/or Delivery) must be completed on Capita3Eats to be eligible to earn a Game Reward or Game Token.

      3.3.5. Only the total final transaction value on food orders (exclude discounts from promo codes, delivery charge, peak surcharge if any) as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) on Capita3Eats platform will be accepted as eligible to earn a Game Token or Game Reward.

      3.3.7. Mix & Match orders on Capita3Eats are not eligible for Action 3 in order to earn a Game Reward or Game Token. 

    • 3.4. Refer and Earn up to $150 eCapitaVoucher (“Action 4”)

      3.4.1. Action 4 is exclusive to all existing and newly registered CapitaStar Members in Singapore (referred to as the “Referrer”) who have downloaded the CapitaStar mobile application and have signed up as a CapitaStar Member with a Singapore registered mobile number, to qualify and participate in this promotion.

      3.4.2. To complete Action 4, Referrers must refer friends and/or non-CapitaStar Members (referred to as “Recipient”) to sign up as a CapitaStar Member with their Unique Referral Code (via the CapitaStar App), and complete their first purchase of minimum $20 eCapitaVoucher. By participating in the promotion, a Referrer represents that he/she has prior consent to sharing their Unique Referral Code with the Recipient.

      3.4.3. Recipients who receive a Referrer’s Unique Referral Code and keys in the Unique Referral Code when they download the CapitaStar App will receive a $5 eCapitaVoucher sign-on bonus - with validity of 93 days upon issuance (referred to as “New Member Sign-On Reward). The new member sign-on reward is limited to the first 8,000 redemptions and is issued on a first-come first-serve, whilst stocks last basis.

      3.4.4. Recipients who have successfully registered as a new CapitaStar Member via the referral program with their referrer’s unique referral code is entitled to receive a $3 eCapitaVoucher bonus - with validity of 93 days of issuance (referred to as “Recipient Bonus”) when they complete a first purchase of minimum $20 eCapitaVoucher in a single transaction via the CapitaStar App (referred to as “Recipient Bonus Qualifier”). The Recipient Bonus is limited to 1 redemption per Recipient per eligible Recipient Bonus Qualifier, limited to the first 8,000 redemptions and is issued on a first-come first- serve, whilst stocks last basis.

      3.4.5. Referrers are entitled to a $3 eCapitaVoucher Referrer Bonus - with validity of 93 days upon issuance  (referred to as “Referrer Bonus”) when the Recipient has successfully completed the steps outlined above in Point 1.3 (deemed as a “Successful Referral”). Referrers can earn up to 50 Referrer Bonuses throughout the Promotion Period via Successful Referrals and the Referrer Bonus is limited to the first 8,000 redemptions, issued on a first-come first-serve, whilst stocks last basis.

      3.4.6. Referrers can receive the Referrer Bonus for up to 50 Successful Referrals only. Once the maximum Referrer Bonus limit has been reached by the Referrer, Referrers can still share their Unique Referral Code but will not be entitled to receive the Referrer Bonus.

      3.4.7. The Referrer Bonus will be credited into the Referrer’s CapitaStar eWallet within 24 hours upon completion of a successful referral as outlined in Paragraph 2 above. The aggregate value of eCapitaVouchers held in a member’s CapitaStar eWallet shall not at any time exceed S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher. The Referral Bonus will not be issued if it will result in the aggregate value of eCapitaVouchers held in a person’s eWallet exceeding S$1,000. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any failure (if cannot receive the eCapitaVoucher due to wallet limit)

      3.4.8. The Referrer Bonus is provided as is and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Referrer Bonus must be redeemed by the qualifying Referrer and is not transferable to any other user. The Organizer is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Referrer Bonus has been redeemed in full. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Referrer Bonus with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.

      3.4.9. There will strictly be no extension for the expiry of the Referrer Bonus.

      3.4.10. Only non-CapitaStar Members in Singapore with a Singapore-registered mobile number, who have not registered for a CapitaStar account are eligible for this Promotion and are qualified to use the Referrer’s Unique Referral Code.

      3.4.11. Keying in of the Referrer’s Unique Referral Code to earn the new member sign-on reward is only valid for new CapitaStar accounts signed up via the CapitaStar mobile app with a registered Singapore mobile number under the field “Referral Code” on the CapitaStar mobile app sign-up screen and is limited to 1 usage per new member sign-up.

      3.4.12. To qualify for the Recipient Bonus, Recipients must complete a first purchase of minimum $20 eCapitaVoucher in a single transaction. The eCapitaVoucher purchased can be via (i) for self-use or (ii) for gifting to another CapitaStar user. The Receipient Bonus is issued on a first-come first-serve, whilst stocks last basis. The Organizer will not be responsible for any failure to receive the reward due to negligence and delayed purchase. 

      3.4.13. By participating in Action 4, the Referrer and Recipient acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

      3.4.14. By participating in this Promotion, the Referrer and Recipient agrees that the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organizer and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.

      3.4.15. The Organizer’s decision on any dispute regarding the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
