• Ascott x CapitaLand Exclusive Booking Rates (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to CapitaStar members (referred to as “Eligible Members”) as at the start of the Promotion Period.
• The Promotion is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd and Ascott Limited (“Organisers”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).
• The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 1 November 2025 to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Booking Period: 1 November 2025 – 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive)
• Stay Period: 1 November 2025 – 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive)
• The Promotion mechanics of the Promotion are as follows: Enjoy 25% off your bookings at any Ascott properties in Singapore by keying in promo code <ASCOTTxCL25> in the ‘Corporate’ field on www.discoverasr.com .
• This Promotion is applicable to ASR and non-ASR members.
• This Promotion cannot be combined with other privileges, promotions, or discounts.
• This Promotion is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
• Reservation confirmation is subject to room and rate availability.
• All confirmed reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Reservations may be modified but non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Rates are subject to change without further notice and are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-commissionable.
• The Organisers reserve the right to amend your booking in the event any of the terms and conditions is/are violated. In the event of any dispute, the management's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
• The Organisers reserve the right to vary or amend any terms & conditions at any time, without prior notice, and without liability. In case of any dispute, the management's decision shall be final and not appealable.
• The Organisers and partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
• The Organisers do not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
• By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Member represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
• This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve all disputes.
• The Organisers’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
