Terms & Conditions
1. 10X Bonus STAR$® (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Members”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).
2. This Promotion is valid from 17 November to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. To be eligible for 10X Bonus STAR$®, Eligible Members must fulfill the Qualifying Action of a minimum spend of $500 in a single transaction with any linked payment methods (Mastercard, any DBS/POSB payment modes or ShopBack) or eCapitaVoucher at all participating stores, except Supermarkets.
4. Eligible Members must complete the following steps prior to paying with linked payment methods:
4.1. Paying via a linked Mastercard: Eligible Members must successfully link their Mastercard credit/debit card on the CapitaStar app prior to completing the payment. Find out how to link your Mastercard on the CapitaStar app here.
4.1.1. Please note that payments made via NETS, NETS FlashPay, or NETS QR are not eligible for Rewards. To make a qualifying spend, please select or inform the staff that you wish to pay using a credit or debit card prior to completing your payment.
4.1.2. Certain transactions made with UOB Mastercard via a mobile payment method such as Apple Pay will not be awarded with your Rewards. Please pay using your physical linked UOB Mastercard at the cashier terminal to earn your Rewards.
4.1.3. A newly linked card can only be removed from your CapitaStar account after 48 hours.

4.2. Paying via all DBS/POSB payment modes (payment via DBS/POSB credit/debit card via DBS/POSB issued American Express, Mastercard, Visa credit/debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!): To qualify for the reward when paying via all DBS/POSB payment modes, eligible members must successfully link their CapitaStar account on the DBS PayLah! app prior to completing the payment with their selected DBS/POSB payment mode. 4.3. Paying via ShopBack Pay: To qualify for the reward when paying via ShopBack Pay, eligible members must successfully link their CapitaStar account on the ShopBack app prior to completing the payment with ShopBack Pay. Find out how to link your CapitaStar account on ShopBack here.
5. 10X Bonus STAR$® is limited to 1 redemption per member per day, capped at 30,000 bonus STAR$® per day based on CapitaStar programme rules (including Raffles Prestige members). Total redemptions are limited to the first 11,250 redemptions.
5.1. For Bonus STAR$® Birthday rewards, Eligible Members can receive 3X STAR$® capped at 5,000 STAR$® for their first eCapitaVoucher spend at participating stores + 10X Bonus STAR$® capped at 30,000 STAR$® (Raffles Prestige Members can receive 10X STAR$® capped at 30,000 STAR$® for their first eCapitaVoucher spend at Raffles City Singapore + 10X Bonus STAR$® capped at 30,000 STAR$®) based on CapitaStar programme rules.

6. STAR$® (the “Reward”) will be issued to members’ CapitaStar account within 7 working days.
7. Redemption limit and Rewards will be issued based on the transactions that are registered in our system and reflected on the Activity screen of your CapitaStar account, in chronological order. For illustration:

Based on the above table for the scenario illustrated, transaction 1 will be awarded with the Reward on the same day upon transaction being registered on the CapitaStar app. As transaction 2 is only registered on our system and reflected on your CapitaStar account on 19 November 2025, Reward earned for that transaction is delayed and will be awarded on 19 November instead, where the redemption limit will be accounted for too.

9. This Promotion is subjected to the CapitaStar programme rules of maximum 3 same-store transactions per day and maximum 20 transactions across all properties in a rolling 7-day period.
10. The Reward will not be awarded until the usage of eCapitaVoucher is determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject usage of eCapitaVoucher as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
11. By participating in this campaign, the Eligible Member represents that he/she has agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions and to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme.
12. In the event of dispute, the Management’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
13. The Management and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
14. The Management reserves the right to reject any issuance of rewards or recover any issued rewards from any CapitaStar member under the suspicion of attempts to use a fraudulently obtained credit/debit card for this Promotion.
15. All information stated in this Promotion is correct as at the time of print and is subject to change without prior notice.
