Receive S$10 eCapitaVoucher (“The Gift”) when you purchase S$200 worth of eCapitaVouchers with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards on the CapitaStar App. (“The Promotion”)
Campaign Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is exclusive to CapitaStar Members [referred to as “Eligible Shopper(s)”] with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit cards.
2. Eligible shoppers must purchase S$200 worth of eCapitaVouchers in a single transaction with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards (“The Promotion”) to receive $10 eCapitaVoucher (“The Gift”)
3. The S$10 eCapitaVoucher (The “Gift”) will be credited into qualifying CapitaStar Members’ wallets within 14 working days of purchase.
4. “The Promotion” is valid for the first 5,000 unique CapitaStar Members. Each CapitaStar member is qualified to receive the $10 eCapitaVoucher (“The Gift”) once only during the “Promotion Period” from 3 August 2020 to 30 September 2020 based on a qualified purchase of S$200 eCapitaVoucher in a single transaction with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards (“The Promotion”)
5. The S$10 eCapitaVoucher (“The Gift”) awarded from this Promotion will expire within one year from the date of issuance. Eligible Shoppers can visit the Vouchers tab in the CapitaStar App main screen for more information on the eCapitaVoucher and the expiry date.
General Terms and Conditions
1. The Gift is provided as is and cannot be exchanged for physical cash.
2. The Gift must be redeemed by the qualifying Eligible Shopper and is not transferable to any other shopper. The Organizer is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the gift has been redeemed in full. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Reward with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
3. The Organizer does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
4. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper(s) represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
5. CapitaStar and its partner (DBS Bank Ltd) in this Promotion reserves the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
6. The Organiser’s decision on any dispute regarding the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
7. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participant in this promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to resolve any and all dispute.

Yes, you will have to be a CapitaStar member in order to purchase eCapitaVouchers on the CapitaStar App.
2. How do I qualify for the promotion to receive the $10 eCapitaVoucher?
You will have to purchase S$200 worth of eCapitaVouchers in a single transaction with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards in order to qualify for the promotion.
3. Can I accumulate my eCapitaVoucher purchases to a value of S$ 200?
No. You will have to purchase S$200 worth of eCapitaVouchers in a single transaction with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards.
4. I have purchased S$200 worth of eCapitaVouchers with other banks’ credit cards. Am I eligible for this promotion?
No. This promotion is strictly for CapitaStar members who purchase S$200 worth of eCapitaVouchers in a single transaction with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards.
5. I have purchased $400 worth of eCapitaVouchers with my DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Card. Does this mean that I will receive $20 eCapitaVouchers?
No. This promotion is valid for the first 5,000 unique CapitaStar members on a first-come-first-served basis. Qualifying CapitaStar members who meet the eligibility criteria for the promotion are entitled to receive the gift of $10 eCapitaVoucher only once during the Promotion Period.
6. Can I exchange the $10 eCapitaVoucher for cash?
No. The gift of $10 eCapitaVoucher is not exchangeable for physical cash or physical CapitaVouchers.
7. I have not received my $10 eCapitaVoucher gift. Why is this so?
The $10 eCapitaVoucher will be credited into your wallet within 14 working days of qualifying purchase.
