QUALIFYING ACTIONS 

On The CapitaStar App 

1. Eligible Members must use transactional value of minimum S$50 or more eCapitaVoucher in a single transaction from the same participating CapitaLand malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend and qualify for Game Rewards and/or Game Token(s), while stocks last. Use of eCapitaVoucher with transactional value of less than S$50 in the same purchase shall not be accepted for the purposes of this Digital Rewards Promotion.

2. The Qualifying Period for Action 1 is from 05 November to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Member is entitled to one (1) redemption per day based on Action 1 during the Promotion Period. 

3. Only the amount paid with eCapitaVoucher that is accepted by the participating store(s) in the participating CapitaLand malls will be accepted for redemption under this Promotion. The participating CapitaLand malls are:

4. The Reward will not be awarded until the usage of eCapitaVoucher is determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject usage of eCapitaVoucher as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

5. eCapitaVoucher will not be credited to the account of the Eligible Member if the value of eCapitaVoucher in the CapitaStar wallet of the Eligible Member exceeds Singapore Dollars One Thousand (S$1,000) in value after crediting the eCapitaVoucher to the existing remaining eCapitaVoucher balance. 

6. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Member acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

12. The Organiser’s decision on any dispute regarding the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

13. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participant in this promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to resolve any and all disputes.

1. Eligible Members must link their Mastercard on the CapitaStar app prior to payment and make a transactional spend of minimum S$50 or more with the same linked Mastercard in a single transaction from the same participating CapitaLand malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend and qualify for Game Rewards and/or Game Token(s), on a while stocks last basis. Purchases made with linked Mastercard with transactional value of less than S$50 in the same purchase shall not be accepted for the purposes of this Digital Rewards Promotion.

1.1.1. Please note that payments made via NETS, NETS FlashPay, or NETS QR are not eligible for Rewards. To make a qualifying spend, please select or inform the staff that you wish to pay using a credit or debit card prior to completing your payment.

1.1.2. Certain transactions made with UOB Mastercard via a mobile payment method such as Apple Pay will not be awarded with your Rewards. Please pay using your physical linked UOB Mastercard at the cashier terminal to earn your Rewards.

1.1.3.  A newly linked card can only be removed from your CapitaStar account after 48 hours.

Based on the above table for the scenario illustrated, transactions 1 and 3 will be awarded with the Reward on the same day upon transaction being registered on the CapitaStar app. As transaction 2 is only registered on our system and reflected on your CapitaStar account on 07 November 2025, Reward earned for that transaction is delayed and will be awarded on 07 November instead.

1. Eligible Members must buy or gift a minimum of S$50 worth of eCapitaVoucher with any payment methods in a single transaction on the CapitaStar app to qualify for a Game Reward (Gift Cat + $5 eCapitaVoucher), while stocks last.

2. eCapitaVoucher rewards are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Eligible Members can still receive Gift Cat Stamp if the fixed eCapitaVoucher rewards are fully redeemed.

4. The qualifying period for Action 3 is from 05 November to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Member is entitled to one (1) redemption per week based on Action completion date, up to eight (8) redemptions during the Promotion Period.

5. eCapitaVouceher rewards are limited to a total 1,750 redemptions per week and will be topped up weekly on every Wednesday, 12am, with the last week being from 24 December 2025. For avoidance of doubt, please find the top-up periods below:

1.1.   Mofusand Holidays with CapitaStar (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Member”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”) as shown in the table below.

1.6.1.  For avoidance of doubt, the Game Rewards – Donut Cat, Shark Cat and Strawberry Cat are issued on a randomised basis for Qualifying Actions completed during the Promotion Period. Resting Cat is issued per successful exchange of 30 Mini-Stamps and Gift Cat is issued per successful completion of Action 5. Eligible Members can receive more than one Game Reward and may also receive the same Game Reward during the Promotion Period.

1.6.2. Fixed eCapitaVoucher rewards tied to the respective Mofusand Stamps are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Eligible Members can still receive Mofusand Stamps if the fixed eCapitaVoucher rewards are fully redeemed.

1.6.3. As the Game Rewards also include eCapitaVoucher(s), Game Rewards will not be credited to the account of the Eligible Member if the value of eCapitaVoucher in the CapitaStar wallet of the Eligible Member exceeds Singapore Dollars One Thousand (S$1,000) in value after crediting the Game Rewards to the existing remaining eCapitaVoucher balance.  

 

1.7.   General Definition of Game Token

1.7.2.  Eligible Members can use the accrued Game Token(s) to exchange for Resting Cat with S$4 eCapitaVoucher based on defined rate of exchange during the Promotion Period on a first come, first served basis, whilst stocks of the Game Rewards last. Eligible Members can still receive Resting Cat if the fixed eCapitaVoucher rewards are fully redeemed

1.7.3. The quantity of Game Token(s) required to exchange for any Game Reward shall be determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion and may be subject to change from time to time without notice.

1.7.4.  Any Game Token(s) obtained and/or accumulated by an Eligible Member shall be exchangeable into Game Rewards only during the Promotion Period and any Game Token(s) not exchanged after the Promotion Period shall automatically lapse, become void and of no further use.

1.7.5.  For avoidance of doubt, Eligible Members must manually tap on “Exchange Now” button at the side of the Mini-Stamp progress bar to exchange for the Game Rewards.

 

2.    Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 1 of Digital Rewards

(Pay minimum S$50 in a single transaction with eCapitaVoucher at any participating CapitaLand malls in a single transaction)

2.1   Eligible Members must use transactional value of minimum S$50 or more eCapitaVoucher in a single transaction from the same participating CapitaLand malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend and qualify for Game Rewards and/or Game Token(s), while stocks last. Use of eCapitaVoucher with transactional value of less than S$50 in the same purchase shall not be accepted for the purposes of this Digital Rewards Promotion.

2.2   The Qualifying Period for Action 1 is from 05 November to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Member is entitled to one (1) redemption per day based on Action 1 during the Promotion Period.

2.6. 3.    Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 2 of Digital Rewards

3.1. Eligible Members must link their Mastercard on the CapitaStar app prior to payment and make a transactional spend of minimum S$50 or more with the same linked Mastercard in a single transaction from the same participating CapitaLand malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend and qualify for Game Rewards and/or Game Token(s), on a while stocks last basis. Purchases made with linked Mastercard with transactional value of less than S$50 in the same purchase shall not be accepted for the purposes of this Digital Rewards Promotion.

3.1.1. Paying via a linked Mastercard: Eligible Members must successfully link their Mastercard credit/debit card on the CapitaStar app prior to completing the payment. Find out how to link your Mastercard on the CapitaStar app here.

3.1.1.1. Please note that payments made via NETS, NETS FlashPay, or NETS QR are not eligible for Rewards. To make a qualifying spend, please select or inform the staff that you wish to pay using a credit or debit card prior to completing your payment.

3.1.1.2. Certain transactions made with UOB Mastercard via a mobile payment method such as Apple Pay will not be awarded with your Rewards. Please pay using your physical linked UOB Mastercard at the cashier terminal to earn your Rewards.

4.4. The qualifying period for Action 3 is from 05 November to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Member is entitled to one (1) redemption per week based on Action completion date, up to eight (8) redemptions during the Promotion Period.

4.5. eCapitaVouceher rewards are limited to a total 1,750 redemptions per week and will be topped up weekly on every Wednesday, 12am, with the last week being from 24 December 2025. For avoidance of doubt, please find the top-up periods below:

  • For avoidance of doubt, the Game Rewards – Donut Cat, Shark Cat and Strawberry Cat,  are issued on a randomised basis for Qualifying Actions completed during the Promotion Period. Resting Cat is issued per successful exchange of 30 Mini-Stamps and Gift Cat is issued per successful completion of Action 5. Eligible Members can receive more than one Game Reward and may also receive the same Game Reward during the Promotion Period.
  • Fixed eCapitaVoucher rewards tied to the respective Mofusand Stamps are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Eligible Members can still receive Mofusand Stamps if the fixed eCapitaVoucher rewards are fully redeemed.
  • As the Game Rewards also include eCapitaVoucher(s), Game Rewards will not be credited to the account of the Eligible Member if the value of eCapitaVoucher in the CapitaStar wallet of the Eligible Member exceeds Singapore Dollars One Thousand (S$1,000) in value after crediting the Game Rewards to the existing remaining eCapitaVoucher balance.  

Mini-Stamps are game token(s) that can be used to exchange for a Game Reward based on the defined rate of exchange in the playboard. 

  • For avoidance of doubt, Game Token(s) have no monetary reward value and are issued on a random basis for each Qualifying Action completed during the Promotion Period.
  • Eligible Members can use the accrued Game Token(s) to exchange for Resting Cat with S$4 eCapitaVoucher based on defined rate of exchange during the Promotion Period on a first come, first served basis, whilst stocks of the Game Rewards last. Eligible Members can still receive Resting Cat if the fixed eCapitaVoucher rewards are fully redeemed
  • The quantity of Game Token(s) required to exchange for any Game Reward shall be determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion and may be subject to change from time to time without notice.
  • Any Game Token(s) obtained and/or accumulated by an Eligible Member shall be exchangeable into Game Rewards only during the Promotion Period and any Game Token(s) not exchanged after the Promotion Period shall automatically lapse, become void and of no further use.
  • For avoidance of doubt, Eligible Members must manually tap on “Exchange Now” button at the side of the Mini-Stamp progress bar to exchange for the Game Rewards.

Upon completing tasks, eligible members will receive either; 

(i) Mofusand Stamps with a fixed reward value tied to each stamp (“Game Reward”) in the form of eCapitaVoucher or;

(ii) Mini-Stamps (“Game Token”) has no reward value but can be accrued to exchange for a Mofusand Stamp. 

Game Reward(s) and Game Token(s) are issued on a randomised basis, while stocks last. 

No, the counters will not reset after playboard completion (i.e. if a member has collected all 5 Mofusand Stamps).

The counters will continue to accrue, even after each full completion of the playboard.

  • One (1) Lucky Draw Chance will be issued for every completed Mofusand Holidays with CapitaStar playboard between 05 November to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).
  • A completed Mofusand Holidays with CapitaStar playboard is denoted when you collect all 5 Mofusand Stamps (“Game Rewards") between 05 November to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).
  • The Lucky Draw will be conducted by the end of Q1 2026 and there will be 10 winners drawn for the Lucky Draw, where each winner is eligible to win 1 Million STAR$® (S$1,000 worth of eCapitaVoucher) each.
  • By participating in this Promotion, winners of this lucky draw acknowledge that they will be contacted via call and/or email that is registered to their CapitaStar account.   • The Lucky Draw chance and reward issued are non-transferrable nor exchangeable.

No, reward is eligible for new linkages during the Promotion Period only and does not apply to members who have previously linked their Mastercard, DBS PayLah! or ShopBack accounts.

This is because you have completed the task for the day/period listed. Daily actions will be refreshed on a daily basis and weekly actions will be refreshed on a weekly basis based on action completion date. For bonus actions, it is a one-time action which will grey out throughout the promotion period upon completion.

Mini-Stamps can be accrued to exchange for a Mofusand Stamp based on the defined rate of exchange during the Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis, whilst stocks of the Game Rewards last.

Under the “Collect Mini-Stamps” section of the campaign page, the “Collect More” button will automatically reflect “Exchange Now” upon successfully collecting 30 Mini-Stamps. Tap on "Exchange Now" to redeem a Mofusand Stamp, while stocks last.

The eCapitaVoucher rewards are valid for a period of 93 days upon issuance. Do remember to spend your eCapitaVoucher as extension of validity periods will not be entertained.
