1. DIGITAL REWARDS BY CAPITASTAR – FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS SERIES CHARACTER STAMP
1.1. From 11 November to 31 December, Eligible Shoppers will receive either (i) Disney From Our Family To Yours Stamp with a fixed reward (“Game Reward”) or (ii) Disney Mini-Stamps (“Game Token”) upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”) in this Section below. 1.3.2.As the Game Rewards are issued in the form of eCapitaVoucher(s) Game Rewards will not be credited to the account of the Eligible Shopper if the value of eCapitaVoucher in the CapitaStar wallet of the Eligible Shopper exceeds Singapore Dollars One Thousand (S$1,000) in value after crediting the Game Rewards to the existing remaining balance

1.4.4.Any Game Token(s) obtained and/or accumulated by an Eligible Shopper shall be exchangeable into Game Rewards only during the Promotion Period and any Game Token(s) not exchanged after the Promotion Period shall automatically lapse, become void and of no further use.
2. Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 1 of Digital Rewards
(SPEND S$150 AT PARTICIPATING CAPITALAND MALLS)
2.1. Eligible Shoppers can combine receipts with transactional value of minimum S$20 or more from the same participating CapitaLand malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend of Singapore Dollars One Hundred and Fifty (S$150). Receipts with transactional value of less than Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) shall not be accepted for the purposes of this Digital Rewards Promotion.
2.2. The Qualifying Period for Action 1 is from 11 November to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day based on Action 1 during the Promotion Period.
2.3. Eligible Shoppers must upload purchase receipt(s) through their CapitaStar App (unless otherwise stated) on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion. Receipt(s) uploaded after the date of purchase will not be accepted for the purposes of this Digital Rewards Promotion. Scanning of receipt(s) at the Customer Service Counter will not be eligible to earn the Game Reward or Game Token(s). For avoidance of doubt, only receipts snapped and uploaded to the CapitaStar app and/or transactions made with DBS PayLah!, DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards (see section 5.4) on the same day of purchase at the same participating CapitaLand mall will be accepted in order to earn the Game Reward or Game Token(s).
2.4. Eligible Shoppers who have linked their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah! and have made a transaction at participating CapitaLand malls with DBS Payment Modes (DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards and/or DBS PayLah!) will not need to upload their receipts on the CapitaStar app to earn the Game Reward or Game Token.
2.5. Eligible Shoppers who transacted using eCapitaVoucher and/or ShopBack Pay as a payment mode will not be eligible to earn the Game Reward or Game Token.
2.6. All receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the Mall when it is used to redeem the Reward. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of multiple Rewards (unless otherwise stated).
2.7. Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for redemption under this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts. Receipt(s) from all car grooming services, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. CapitaVouchers/ eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts are not eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion.
2.8. The Reward will not be awarded until the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip(s) as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
2.9. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
2.10. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
2.11. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
2.12. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:
2.12.1. Persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.
2.12.2. Persons who create multiple CapitaStar accounts in order to enter the promotion more than once per person. Anyone found using multiple accounts to enter the promotion will be found in breach of these terms and excluded from the promotion.
2.13. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
2.14. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.
2.15. The Organiser’s decision on any dispute regarding the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
2.16. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participant in this promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to resolve any and all disputes.

3. Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 2 of Digital Rewards
(PURCHASE / GIFT MINIMUM S$100 ECAPITAVOUCHER IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION)
3.1. Eligible Shoppers must purchase a minimum of Singapore Dollars One Hundred (S$100) worth of eCapitaVoucher (all payment modes accepted except DBS/POSB Credit or Debit cards) in a single transaction on the CapitaStar app to qualify for a Game Reward or Game Token.

3.3. The qualifying period for Action 2 is from 11 November to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day based on Action 2 during the Promotion Period.
4. Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 3 of Digital Rewards
(PURCHASE/GIFT MINIMUM $100 ECAPITAVOUCHER IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION WITH DBS/POSB CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS)
4.1. Eligible Shoppers must purchase a minimum of Singapore Dollars One Hundred (S$100) eCapitaVoucher with DBS/POSB Debit or Credit Cards in a single transaction on the CapitaStar app to qualify for a Game Reward and Game Token.

The qualifying period for Action 3 is from 11 November to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day based on Action 3. Each Eligible Shopper may satisfy Action 3 up to a maximum of five (5) redemptions throughout the Promotion Period.
5. Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 3 of Digital Rewards
(LINK CAPITASTAR ACCOUNT ON DBS PAYLAH! AND MAKE FIRST TRANSACTION OF S$20 with DBS PAYMODES)
5.1 To satisfy the qualification requirements for Action 4, an Eligible Shopper must:
5.1.1.Be a CapitaStar member and DBS PayLah! account holder at the time of the promotion;
5.1.2. Successfully linked their CapitaStar and DBS PayLah! account during the Promotion Period. For avoidance of doubt, this Digital Reward is eligible for new CapitaStar to DBS PayLah! linkages during the Promotion Period only; and
5.1.3.Made a first successful transaction of minimum Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) at any of the participating CapitaLand malls with either DBS PayLah! (via NETS QR) and/or DBS/POSB Credit or Debit cards excluding, without limitation UPI, NETSPay and NETS FlashPay.
5.2. The Promotion Period for Action 4 is from 11 November to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption during the Promotion Period.
6. Additional Terms governing qualification of Action 5 of Digital Rewards
(SPEND MINIMUM S$60 ON SHOPBACK PAY WEEKLY)
6.1. To satisfy the qualification requirements for Action 5, an Eligible Shopper must;
6.1.1.Be a CapitaStar member and ShopBack Pay account holder at the time of the Promotion.
6.1.2.Successfully linked their CapitaStar and ShopBack Pay account during the Promotion Period and have;
6.1.3.Make a successful transaction of Singapore Dollars Sixty (S$60) accumulatively at any participating CapitaLand malls using ShopBack Pay as the payment method.

6.3. The Promotion Period for Action 5 is from 11 November to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption during each defined week of the Promotion Period. Each Eligible Shopper may satisfy Action 5 up to a maximum of five (5) redemptions throughout the Promotion Period.
6.4. Upon satisfying the qualification requirements, the eligible shopper will receive the following;

7.2. The Promotion Period for Action 6 is from 11 November to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive). Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day during the Promotion Period.
7.3. Purchase receipts uploaded from Disney “From Our Family To Yours” Retail Pop Up store will not be eligible for issuance of STAR$®.

8. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
8.1. Eligible Shoppers must snap the receipt(s) through their CapitaStar App on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.
8.2. The eCV Reward (if any) cannot be exchanged for different denomination and are subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the eCapitaVouchers. Please refer to eCapitaVouchers terms and conditions.
8.3. By participating in this Promotion, the Member (CapitaStar members):
8.3.1.Acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Investment Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s and Data Protection Policy available at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html and may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
8.3.2.Agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.
8.4. Acceptance of any Reward shall constitute consent on the part of the Eligible Shopper to allow the use of his/ her name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
8.5. All eCV Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.
8.6. The eCV Reward shall be awarded on the presumption that the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are original copies and valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive. In the event any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip is rejected by the Organiser as invalid, the Organiser shall reserve the right to void the eCV Reward and/or eVoucher awarded to the Eligible Shopper and recover the monetary value of the eCV Reward.
8.7. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
8.8. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
8.9. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
8.10. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve all disputes.
