Restorative Pilates at Funan Rooftop 

After sitting at your desk in the office for most of the day, come stretch and lengthen in this new weekly Pilates session with Kelly Pilatesandprints on the beautiful rooftop of Funan Mall. Enjoy the fresh air and natural cooling breeze in this open air class as you connect your mind, body and spirit. 

Wind down after busy day of work and take the time to focus on your body as you move through a series of dynamic exercises rooted in the Pilates repertoire. Pilates is great for strengthening and toning the muscles without adding bulk, and the connection between breath and movement helps to center the mind. The class always ends off with a lovely stretch, that will leave you feeling taller, happier, and all ready for a restful night ahead.
