CapitaStar Rewards Rush – Stamp Card Challenge

Terms & Conditions

1. CapitaStar Rewards Rush – Stamp Card Challenge (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Member”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion.

2. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).

3. Eligible Members may earn various rewards under the Rewards Rush campaign, including but not limited to Birthday Stamps, Birthday Mini-Stamps, eVouchers, KrisPay Miles, Lucky Draw chances and other promotional rewards (collectively, the “Rewards”), upon satisfying the applicable qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).

4. The Promotion is organised by CapitaStar Pte. Ltd. and CapitaLand Retail Management Pte. Ltd. (“Organiser”), and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

5. This Promotion is valid from 01 October 2026 – 31 October 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

6. The Promotion mechanics are as follows:

7. Eligible Members will receive Character Stamps (“Birthday Stamps”) only upon satisfying the Qualifying Actions (Spend and Non-Spend Actions). Crediting of the Reward(s) is subjected to availability of stocks.

8. Eligible Members can earn more Birthday Stamps to earn more lucky draw chances with each completed Stamp Card Challenge upon satisfying the following Qualifying Actions below on a while-stocks-last basis.

12. Eligible Members must complete the following steps prior to paying with linked payment methods:

12.1. Paying via linked Mastercard: Eligible Members must successfully link their Mastercard credit/debit card on the CapitaStar app. Find out how to link your Mastercard on the CapitaStar app here.

12.1.1. Please note that payments made via NETS, NETS FlashPay, or NETS QR are not eligible for Rewards. To make a qualifying spend, please select or inform the staff that you wish to pay using a credit or debit card prior to completing your payment.

12.1.2. Certain transactions made with UOB Mastercard via a mobile payment method such as Apple Pay will not be awarded with your Rewards. Please pay using your physical linked UOB Mastercard at the cashier terminal to earn your Rewards.

12.1.3. A newly linked card can only be removed from your CapitaStar account after 48 hours.

12.2. Paying via all DBS/POSB payment modes (payment via DBS/POSB credit/debit card via DBS/POSB issued American Express, Mastercard, Visa credit/debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!): To qualify for the reward when paying via all DBS/POSB payment modes, eligible members must successfully link their CapitaStar account on the DBS PayLah! app prior to completing the payment with their selected DBS/POSB payment mode. 12.3. Paying via ShopBack Pay: To qualify for the reward when paying via ShopBack Pay, eligible members must successfully link their CapitaStar account on the ShopBack app prior to completing the payment with ShopBack Pay. Find out how to link your CapitaStar account on ShopBack here.

12.4. Paying via Kris+: To qualify for the reward when paying via KrisPay, eligible members must successfully link their CapitaStar account on the Kris+ app prior to completing the payment with KrisPay. Qualifying transactions must be made at Participating Kris+ Partner stores located within a CapitaStar Participating Property in Singapore. 13. The Rewards will be issued based on the transactions that are registered in our system and reflected on the Activity screen of your CapitaStar account, in chronological order. For illustration:

Scenario: Eligible Member has made 2 transactions on the same day, out of which 1 transaction is not instantly registered

Based on the above table for the scenario illustrated, transaction 1 will be awarded with the Reward on the same day upon transaction being registered on the CapitaStar app. As transaction 2 is only registered on our system and reflected on your CapitaStar account on 05 October 2025, Reward earned for that transaction is delayed and will be awarded on 05 October instead.

14. Reward(s) for this Promotion will be issued to Eligible Members’ CapitaStar account within 7 business days.

15. This Promotion is subjected to the CapitaStar programme rules of maximum 3 same-store transactions per day and maximum 20 transactions across all properties in a rolling 7-day period.

16. Eligible Members will receive 1 Lucky Draw Chance for each completed Birthday Stamp Card from collecting 5 Birthday Stamps. A total of 15 Eligible Members will be selected via lucky draw to each receive 500,000 STAR$® and 200,000 Ascott Star Rewards Points (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize will be awarded by 31 December 2026.

17. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Members consent to being contacted via push notification, email and/or telephone using the contact details registered in their CapitaStar account for matters relating to this Promotion. Winners will be notified by 31 December 2026. Eligible Members are responsible for ensuring that their contact details remain accurate, valid and up-to-date throughout the Promotion Period. Details relating to prize fulfilment and redemption will be communicated to the winning Eligible Members via email.

18. More details on the Prizes and redemption process will be shared with the Lucky Draw winners via email that is registered to their CapitaStar account.

19. The Lucky Draw chance and reward issued is non-transferrable nor exchangeable.

20. Employees of CapitaStar Pte. Ltd. ("Organisers") and other parties directly involved in organising, promoting, or conducting the Lucky Draw are not eligible for participation.

21. The management of CapitaStar reserves the final decision on the results of the lucky draw.

22. Eligibility for this Promotion:

22.1. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:

22.1.1. persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

23. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with the Organiser’s sole discretion.

24. By participating in this campaign, the Eligible Member represents that he/she has agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions and to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme.

25. In the event of dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

26. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

27. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any issuance of rewards or recover any issued rewards from any CapitaStar member under the suspicion of fraudulent transaction attempts for this Promotion.

8.4.Paying via Kris+: To qualify for the reward when paying via KrisPay, eligible members must successfully link their CapitaStar account on the Kris+ app prior to completing the payment with Kris+. Qualifying transactions must be made at Participating Kris+ Partner stores located within a CapitaStar Participating Property in Singapore. 9. 10X Bonus STAR$® is limited to 1 redemption per member, per mall per day, capped at 15,000 bonus STAR$® (including for Raffles Prestige members) per day based on CapitaStar programme rules. Total redemptions are limited to per mall Bonus STAR$® redemption cap in the table as follows .

10. For Bonus STAR$® Birthday rewards, Eligible Members can receive 3X STAR$® capped at 5,000 STAR$® for their first eCapitaVoucher spend at participating stores + 10X Bonus STAR$® capped at 15,000 STAR$® (Raffles Prestige Members can receive 10X STAR$® capped at 30,000 STAR$® for their first eCapitaVoucher spend at Raffles City Singapore + 10X Bonus STAR$® capped at 15,000 STAR$®) based on CapitaStar programme rules.

2. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).

Eligible Members may earn various rewards under the Rewards Rush campaign, including but not limited to Birthday Stamps, Birthday Mini-Stamps, eVouchers, KrisPay Miles, Lucky Draw chances and other promotional rewards (collectively, the “Rewards”), upon satisfying the applicable qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).

7. Eligible Members will receive a bonus $8 eCapitaVoucher (“Reward”) when they pay minimum S$80 (“Qualifying Spend”) with eCapitaVoucher in a single transaction at participating properties and stores, except Supermarkets/Hypermarts.

8. Upon spending the minimum transactional value at the relevant participating CapitaLand malls as shown in the table below (“Qualifying Spend”), eligible shoppers will receive the relevant amount of Reward.

9. The Reward will be automatically credited directly into the CapitaStar app of the Qualifying Eligible Shopper upon making a qualifying transaction using eCapitaVoucher. For the avoidance of doubt, please ensure that you have sufficient eCapitaVoucher in your CapitaStar account before a spend is made with eCapitaVoucher to qualify for the Reward.

10. The Reward may take up to 7 working days to be issued.

11. Eligible Shoppers have to make a single transaction with transactional value of minimum Singapore Dollars Eighty (S$80) using eCapitaVoucher to satisfy the Qualifying Spend of Singapore Dollars Eighty (S$80). The Eligible Transaction will be subject to Clause 16 of this Terms and Condition herein.

12. Eligible Transactions made with eCapitaVoucher and registered on the CapitaStar app before 10am will not qualify for the Promotion. 

13. Each Eligible Shopper may receive a maximum of one (1) $8 eCapitaVoucher Reward with $80 eCapitaVoucher spend per participating CapitaLand mall throughout the Promotion Period.

14. The eCapitaVoucher Reward awarded in this Promotion will expire in ninety-three (93) days from the date of issuance. Eligible Shoppers can tap on the “My Balance Summary” tab from the CapitaStar app main screen to view the Reward and the expiry date. The Organiser shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the Reward.

15. The Reward in this Promotion is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and redemption of the respective Reward is subject to availability at the respective participating CapitaLand mall, while stocks last. 

16. Notwithstanding this Terms and Conditions hereinabove, transactions(s) from car grooming services, SingPost transactions, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. eCapitaVoucher or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows, transactions at GP, Dental and Specialist Clinics, and transactions at supermarkets (Cold Storage, CS Fresh, NTUC FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice XTRA and Giant) are not eligible for use as a transaction in this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions at Cold Storage and Thai Supermarket at Aperia Mall, FairPrice Finest at Sengkang Grand Mall, NTUC FairPrice at SingPost Centre, Scarlett Supermarket at Lot One, Plaza Singapura & Westgate, and SCARLETT PLUS at Bugis+ shall be recognised for the purposes of this Promotion. Transaction(s) from deposit placements, order placements, payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points, payment via tenant’s online ordering/table ordering platform and transactions made with UOB Mastercard via Apple Pay will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion. Eligible Members may earn various rewards under the Rewards Rush campaign, including but not limited to Birthday Stamps, Birthday Mini-Stamps, eVouchers, KrisPay Miles, Lucky Draw chances and other promotional rewards (collectively, the “Rewards”), upon satisfying the applicable qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).

7. To be eligible for Mastercard Exclusive tier, Eligible Members must fulfill the Qualifying Actions during the Promotion Period to receive Lucky Draw chances (“Mastercard Exclusive Rewards”):

7.1.  A valid Mastercard credit or debit card has been linked on the CapitaStar app. Find out how to link your Mastercard on the CapitaStar app here.

7.1.2. (i) Mastercard Exclusive – eCapitaVoucher Purchase - Purchase or gift minimum of S$250 worth of eCapitaVoucher in a single transaction on the CapitaStar app using a valid Mastercard Credit or Debit Card. Eligible Members will receive one (1) randomised eCapitaVoucher Reward of either S$15, S$20, S$25 or S$30 eCapitaVoucher (“eCapitaVoucher Reward”) and 2 x Lucky Draw chances (“Chance Reward”).  

7.1.3. (ii) Mastercard Exclusive – Spend & Earn: Spend a minimum of $80 in a single transaction during the Promotion Period with linked Mastercard at participating stores to receive 1 x Lucky Draw chance.

8. An Eligible Member is eligible for two (2) eCapitaVoucher Rewards per Promotion Period. Any subsequent eCapitaVoucher purchases or gifting with a linked Mastercard are not eligible for a Reward.  

9. The eCapitaVoucher Rewards are limited to the first 6,050 redemptions in total on a first-come, first-served basis.

10. The eCapitaVoucher will be awarded into member's CapitaStar account within 72 hours. 

11. eCapitaVoucher Reward received from this Promotion is ninety-three (93) days from the date of crediting. There will strictly be no extension for the expiry date of the Reward.

12. An Eligible Member’s eCapitaVoucher wallet on the CapitaStar app can hold a maximum of S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher(s) at any one time. Should the aggregate value of an Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet Balance and eCapitaVoucher Reward(s) exceeds S$1,000, the Reward(s) will be placed on the Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher Queue. Upon having sufficient eCapitaVoucher Wallet availability to receive the Reward(s), the Reward(s) in Queue will be credited into the Eligible Shopper's eCapitaVoucher Wallet.

13. For the avoidance of doubt, eCapitaVoucher purchases or gifting made with a valid linked Mastercard from any issuing bank are eligible for the Promotion. In the event of an unsuccessful transaction at the point of purchase, please contact the issuing bank of your Mastercard for assistance.

14. There is no limit to the number of Lucky Draw Chance Rewards a member can acquire throughout the Promotion Period as long as the Qualifying Actions have been met and Rewards are still available.

17. Eligible Members who link a Mastercard on the CapitaStar app for the first time during their membership lifetime within the Promotion Period will earn:

19. By participating in this campaign, winners of this Lucky Draw acknowledge that they will be contacted via call and/or the email that is registered to their CapitaStar account. The profile details in the CapitaStar account must be accurate, true and complete at the time of issuance of Lucky Draw chance.

21.  The Lucky Draw chance and reward issued is non-transferrable nor exchangeable.

25. The Rewards will be issued based on the transactions that are registered in our system and reflected on the Activity screen of your CapitaStar account, in chronological order. 

For illustration: 

Scenario: Eligible Member has made 2 transactions on the same day, out of which 1 transaction is not instantly registered

Based on the above table for the scenario illustrated, transaction 1 will be awarded with the Reward on the same day upon transaction being registered on the CapitaStar app. As transaction 2 is only registered on our system and reflected on your CapitaStar account on 05 October 2026, Reward earned for that transaction is delayed and will be awarded on 05 October 2026 instead.

26. This Promotion is subjected to the CapitaStar programme rules of maximum 3 same-store transactions per day and maximum 20 transactions across all properties in a rolling 7-day period.

27. Eligible Members can view the Rewards and expiry dates via the CapitaStar app. The Management shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the Rewards.

28. Eligibility for this Promotion:

28.1. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:

28.1.1. persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with the Organiser’s sole discretion.

30. By participating in this campaign, the Eligible Member represents that he/she has agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions and to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme.

31. In the event of dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

1. CapitaStar Rewards Rush – Citi Mastercard Exclusive (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Member”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion.

2. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).

3. Eligible Members may earn various rewards under the Promotion, including but not limited to Birthday Stamps, Birthday Mini-Stamps, eVouchers, KrisPay Miles, Lucky Draw chances and other promotional rewards (collectively, the “Rewards”), upon satisfying the applicable qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”).

4. The Promotion is organised by CapitaStar Pte. Ltd. and CapitaLand Retail Management Pte. Ltd. (“Organiser”), and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

· Please note that payments made via NETS, NETS FlashPay, or NETS QR are not eligible for Rewards. To make a qualifying spend, please select or inform the staff that you wish to pay using a Credit or Debit card prior to completing your payment.

· A newly linked card can only be removed from your CapitaStar account after 48 hours.

14. An Eligible Member’s eCapitaVoucher wallet on the CapitaStar App can hold a maximum of S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher(s) at any one time. Should the aggregate value of an Eligible Member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet Balance and eCapitaVoucher Reward(s) exceeds S$1,000, the Reward(s) will not be credited into the Eligible Shopper’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet. The Eligible Member shall ensure sufficient eCapitaVoucher Wallet availability to receive the Reward(s).
