The minimum purchase amount for CapitaVoucher is $500. If you are purchasing more than $100,000, please write to email@example.com for our Business Development team to get in touch with you directly.
You may purchase eCapitaVoucher through the CapitaStar App for yourself or as a gift for someone. Simply login to your CapitaStar App and follow the simple steps below:
We accept payment via PayNow Corporate, GIRO or Bank Transfer and any applicable fee imposed by the relevant Bank will be borne by you.
All successful payments made to CapitaLand Voucher Pte. Ltd. are non-refundable and non-exchangeable to any other forms such as cash or other means as determined by CapitaLand Voucher Pte. Ltd.
Please make payments via PayNow Corporate to our PayNow registered proxy, UEN: 201539069W. Ensure that the account name is CAPITALAND VOUCHER PTE. LTD. State your Order ID under payment reference.

Please allow approximately 10 working days from the date of making payment to process your purchase. It may take longer if additional information is required. As soon as your purchase request is ready, we will notify you via email on the collection details. Collection of your purchase must be made on a single collection date within 1 month from your order date.
Yes, we are listed as one of the Government suppliers and we can submit e-invoices for any purchase amount of >$2,000 to Government agencies for payment via the central Vendors@Gov Internet portal. These e-invoices will then be electronically routed to the respective Government agencies for processing and payment. For order value below $2,000, we will require prior payment to be made before we could schedule the collection of the CapitaVoucher.
