It is also important that you verify the denomination and quantity of the CapitaVouchers you are purchasing at the point of collection to acknowledge the sales receipt for your reference. Hence, packing and delivery service is not provided.
We don’t provide Purchase Order or Quotation, but we could provide proforma invoice instead. Please select “Yes” under the “Proforma Invoice Required” section in the online form and we will email you the proforma invoice within 5 working days. Please leave the section blank if you do not need any proforma invoice and we will mail you the invoice instead within one month after collecting your CapitaVoucher.
The face value of CapitaVoucher is inclusive of GST and no additional charges will be applicable.
We offer up to 100 pieces of complimentary gift envelopes for all purchases of CapitaVoucher. However, it is subjected to availability at the point of collection. You may make a prior request on the number of envelopes that you require when placing your order.
CapitaVouchers must be collected on the stipulated collection date as notified. Rescheduling of your collection date will require additional 5 working days and depending on the availability from your designated location. There is no collection available on Weekends and Public Holidays.
Yes, you may authorize another person to collect the CapitaVouchers on behalf by presenting the following:
- email confirmation on the collection of CapitaVoucher.
- identity proof of the person who has been authorized.
You will be unable to change the expiry date of the physical CapitaVoucher.
Every physical CapitaVoucher is valid for use only during the period from the date of issuance to the expiry date authorised by stamp or printed on the face of the physical CapitaVoucher.

A physical CapitaVoucher, once issued, cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced with CapitaVoucher(s) of higher, equal or lower denomination, or Digital CapitaVoucher(s) or STAR$® of any value or refundable.
When you missed your collection date, rescheduling of your collection date will require additional 5 working days and depending on the availability from your designated location.
However, please note that the expiry dates of your physical CapitaVouchers to be collected will remain the same and will not be extended, as the issuance date will still be considered the original collection date.
The physical CapitaVoucher, once issued, cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced with CapitaVoucher of different expiry date or refundable. Therefore, we would encourage you not to miss any of the pre-scheduled collection date.
