TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LINE FRIENDS WORLD TOUR PASSPORT

1.       LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport game will be launched in the CapitaStar App from 15 November 2019 and will be available for CapitaStar Members to participate from 15 November 2019 to 31 December 2019, unless otherwise stated.

2.       A participant must be a CAPITASTAR member, aged 16 years and above and has a login account on the CapitaStar App registered with a Singapore mobile number to participate in the LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport game.

3.       Participating CapitaLand Malls for the LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport are Bedok Mall, Bugis+, Bugis Junction, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Funan, IMM, JCube, Junction 8, Lot One, Plaza Singapura, Tampines Mall, The Star Vista and Westgate.

4.       A minimum spend is required for participation in LINE FRIENDS events. Other terms and conditions apply. Check on 'Events' tab on campaign page to find out more. 

5.       The Management reserves the right to see proof of all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption(s) or entries to the event venues.

6.       Any participation in the LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport game is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By participating, you acknowledge that you do not find the LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport game to be objectionable, unfair or indecent.

7.       Each CapitaStar Member is only entitled to complete his/her passport in the LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport game once.

8.       LINE FRIENDS Stamps can be earned by CapitaStar Members via the following methods:

(1)          

(a) CapitaStar Members must enter the reward code MOONXMAS to earn one (1) LINE FRIENDS Mall Event eVoucher. The reward code can be used only once a day.

(b) CapitaStar Members must be personally present at the LINE FRIENDS event site and log in to their CapitaStar App account to redeem one (1) LINE FRIENDS Mall Event eVoucher for one (1) LINE FRIENDS Stamp (Moon Stamp) at the event site.

A CapitaStar Member can only redeem one (1) LINE FRIENDS Mall Event eVoucher per day. Redemption of eVoucher can only be done after a member's entry into a LINE FRIENDS' event. 

For the avoidance of doubt, the LINE FRIENDS event sites for redemption are:

(2)           Spend a minimum of S$80 in a single transaction between the campaign period of 15 November to 31 December from participating retailers that qualify for STAR$ accumulation, at participating CapitaLand Malls for LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport, and snap the receipt into the CapitaStar App. Each snapped receipt must be approved by CapitaStar Pte. Ltd. before one (1) LINE FRIENDS Stamp (Brown Stamp) can be issued per receipt. The approval of snapped receipts is not instant and can take up to three (3) working days.

(3)           A minimum of S$100 eCapitaVouchers must be purchased successfully in a single transaction with either American Express® card or NETSPAY before one (1) LINE FRIENDS Stamp (Cony Stamp) can be issued per transaction. Other eCapitaVoucher terms and conditions apply.

(4)        Each eDeal voucher that is redeemed and used via the CapitaStar App will be issued one (1) LINE FRIENDS Stamp (Choco Stamp). eDeals such as eCapitaVoucher eDeal, carpark eVouchers, Grab eVouchers, Jewel eVouchers, lucky draw vouchers, LINE FRIENDS pop-up store eDeals and LINE FRIENDS World Tour event eVouchers are not eligible for the issue of LINE FRIENDS Stamps. Each eDeal's minimum spend (if any), as well as its terms and conditions, will apply for its usage.

Bonus STAR$

9.       Bonus STAR$® will be credited directly to the CapitaStar account of the first 4,000 CapitaStar Members who successfully connect three (3) LINE FRIENDS Stamps in a row (vertically, horizontally or diagonally).

10.   The tiers for awarding of STAR$ is as follows:

1st Connected set – 3,000 STAR$

2nd Connected set – 5,000 STAR$

3rd Connected set – 7,000 STAR$

11.   Each CapitaStar Member can only earn the Bonus Star$ for each tier once.

Prizes for completed passports

12.   CapitaStar Members who complete their passport will win prizes as follows:

1st 50 players – Full set of 6 LINE FRIENDS World Tour plushies

Next 100 players – S$50 eCapitaVoucher

Next 1,850 players – S$10 Grab Vouchers

13.   All prizes are on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

Process for collection of prizes:

14.   LINE FRIENDS plushies: CapitaStar Members who win a set of LINE FRIENDS plushies shall each receive an eVoucher with details of prize collection. Each winner will need to sign a prize acceptance and release form at The Star Vista in order to claim the prize. LINE FRIENDS plushies collection is to be done at The Star Vista Concierge from 28 November 2019 to 31 December 2019.

15.   S$50 eCapitaVoucher: Prize of S$50 eCapitaVoucher will be credited to the winner’s CapitaStar account in three (3) working days upon notification to the winners within the LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport game that they have won this prize. Terms and conditions of eCapitaVoucher applies.

16.   S$10 Grab Vouchers: CapitaStar Members who win the S$10 Grab Vouchers will receive an eVoucher for Grab within the CapitaStar App. Grab Voucher prizes will be valid till 30 April 2020. Any Grab Voucher that is unused by the stated validity date will be forfeited and will not be replaced.

17.   The Management reserves all rights to substitute the gifts/ prizes with another gift/ product/ service of similar value.

18.   Prizes must be taken as they are and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for another product or cash. 

Non-eligibility for participation

19.   Organising committee and employees of the various missions at the participating CapitaLand Malls, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, event agencies, are not eligible to participate in LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport.

General

20.   We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice to you, to add new activities to the LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport or to discontinue any activity at any time.

21.   The Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

22.   The Management reserves the right to amend or change the conditions at any time without prior notice.

23.   By participating in LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport, you agree that, in the event that the software or our services fails to operate correctly as a result of, but not limited to, any delay or interruption in operation or transmission, any loss or corruption of data or communication or lines failure, bugs, viruses, any person's misuse of the site or its contents or any error or omission in content or any other factors beyond our control, CapitaStar Pte. Ltd., its affiliates and its third-party licensors will not be responsible for any loss, including loss of winnings, that may result.

24.   By participating in this promotion, you consent to CapitaStar Pte. Ltd., its subsidiaries, related corporations (collectively, the "Companies") and all trusts sponsored, owned or managed by any of the Companies (collectively, “CSPL Group”), and CSPL Group’s agents, business partners and authorised service providers collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing this personal data, in order to:

·           inform you via mail, email, SMS, telephone, in-app notification and other means of communication (including via all and any of your Singapore telephone numbers in any of our records from time to time) about the products and services, offers, promotions, activities or events marketed or made available by any member of CSPL Group and/or its business partners, including in relation to (i) LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport, (ii) the CSPL Group and (iii) any of the properties, developed, owned or managed by the CSPL Group (collectively, the "Marcom Activities"); and

·           conduct consumer and market research in respect of products, services and Marcom Activities which may be relevant to you.

25.   You further agree that the consents granted herein do not supersede or replace any other consents which you may have previously provided to CSPL Group in respect of your personal data and are additional to any rights which CSPL Group may have at law to collect, use or disclose your personal data.

LINE FRIENDS WORLD TOUR PASSPORT CAMPAIGN GRAND DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.       This LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport Campaign Grand Draw is organized by CapitaStar Pte. Ltd. (“CAPITASTAR”).

2.       Stand a chance to win 380,000 KrisFlyer miles (“Prize”) in a lucky draw upon completion of LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport before 23:59 hrs (Singapore time) on 31 December 2019.

3.       Participating malls are Bukit Panjang Plaza, Bedok Mall, Bugis+, Bugis Junction, Funan, IMM, JCube, Junction 8, Lot One, Plaza Singapura, Tampines Mall, The Star Vista and Westgate

4.       Limited to 1 lucky draw chance for every completed LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport. American Express CapitaCard Members receive 2 lucky draw chances.

5.       Only one (1) lucky winner will be picked (“Prize Winner”).  

6.       The lucky draw is open to all Singapore Citizens, Singapore PRs, EP & WP Card Holders residing in Singapore who has a login account on the CapitaStar App registered with a Singapore mobile number, except the following categories of people: the Organising Committee of this lucky draw; sponsors, advertising agencies, auditors and printers directly involved in this lucky draw; and any company or individual directly involved in the organization of this lucky draw.

7.       The KrisFlyer miles awarded from this lucky draw are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date in which they are credited into the Prize Winner’s KrisFlyer account (the “Validity Period”), following which they shall expire and no extensions will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, KrisFlyer miles awarded which have not been used by the end of the Validity Period will expire and shall be deemed null and void.

8.       The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem an air ticket is subject to seat availability at the time of reservation or ticket issuance and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme (at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/).

9.       The Prize Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes (including but not limited to, federal, state, local and/or income) on the Prize. Singapore Airlines Limited is not responsible for and will not bear any of the expenses and all ancillary costs which may be incurred in relation to the Prize.

10.   Participant must be a CAPITASTAR member registered with a Singapore mobile number and aged 16 years and above in order to participate in the lucky draw.

11.   Prize Winner will be required to create a KrisFlyer account if he/she does not have a KrisFlyer account at the point in which the Prize will be awarded.

12.   The Prize does not include personal expenses, tourist visa, travel insurance, airport departure tax and all other items and travel components not mentioned in inclusions.

13.   Prize Winner will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to claim the Prize.

14.   By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees that no claim relating to such losses, damages or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against CapitaStar Pte Ltd, Singapore Airlines Limited, each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

15.   By completing the LINE FRIENDS World Tour Passport and entering into the lucky draw, the participant is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of the lucky draw and your agreement to receive calls, emails and/or SMSes from CapitaStar Pte Ltd in relation to the lucky draw.

16.   The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits in kind. The CapitaStar Management reserves the right to replace prizes with items of similar value.

17.   The closing date for this lucky draw is 23:59 hrs (Singapore time) on 31 December 2019.

18.   The Prize Winner will be notified by 10 January 2020.

19.   KrisFlyer miles will be credited into the Prize Winner’s KrisFlyer account by Singapore Airlines Limited within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of submission of the Prize Winner’s KrisFlyer membership number to Singapore Airlines Limited by Prize Winner.

20.   By participating in this promotion, you consent to CapitaStar Pte Ltd, its subsidiaries, related corporations (collectively, the "Companies") and all trusts sponsored, owned or managed by any of the Companies (collectively, “CSPL Group”), and CSPL Group’s agents, business partners and authorised service providers collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing this personal data, in order to:
